To my relief, they understood the urgency of my situation and scheduled me for the following morning. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly welcoming team. Dr. Angela Ly and her staff were not only professional but also exceptionally kind and attentive. They are young, energetic, and genuinely lovely ladies who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was impressed by how they managed to treat my toothache without causing any pain - a testament to their expertise and gentle approach. The price for the urgent care I received was entirely reasonable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The clinic's atmosphere is one of warmth and professionalism, making what could have been a stressful experience into a remarkably pleasant one. The absolute best dentist and hygienist experience I’ve ever had. The front desk team are engaging and super friendly, the building has a relaxing atmosphere and is beautifully decorated by retaining old features and bringing modern touches too, and the clinical teams are just amazing. Went to this clinic for the first time today. It is absolutely stunning inside and out. It isn't your typical cold clinical dental vibe and the staff are all lovely. I was seen by the amazing Dr Surbin and her wonderful assistant Aaliyah for a tooth abstraction. They were very professional, but also super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for this job, as I was pretty nervous. They helped in calm me down when I felt myself shaking and it's made me realise what a difference it makes when you come to the right practice. They were very knowledgeable and informative, equipped with high tech modern technology. It has been the best dental experience I have ever had and therefore I will definitely be joining myself and my family (whilst recommending others) moving forward. If you hate going to the dentist or feel nervous or too embarrassed, I would highly recommend Your Smile dental. It is one of the best decisions I have made this year.
Dr Angela and her team were lovely. Reception was always warm, professional and friendly, tried to accommodate us on appointment times, and even called us in a few instances to offer a better slot when they had cancellations. I had treatments to remove baby teeth, braces to straighten teeth and reduce gaps over 2yrs. Dr Anglea did a great job each time, putting me at ease and letting me know what she was doing. She gave advice on what to do between each appointments. My teeth look great now! I'm really happy with them and would highly recommend Your Smile Clinic.
I had a lovely experience at Your Smile Clinic. It was nice and quiet at the time, and I absolutely loved the interior of the waiting room! It was quite the contrast to what I am usually used to when going to the NHS. Such a small detail made such an impact on my overall experience. I initially went in for a standard check-up, which I felt was a great, thorough check and felt like I was in safe hands. I had mentioned at the end of my appointment that I was thinking about getting some sort of bonding. My dentist then took some time out to do a mock-up for me, which wasn’t part of the initial appointment and took more of the dentist's and the nurses' time. It was also the last appointment of the day, so I was very grateful to both of them for taking their time with me, while not feeling any sort of pressure. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous about anything dental-related, as it was such a calming environment. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!
