Fantastic classes, just enjoyed Rocket Fundamentals with Jasmine which was amazing. As someone who has only been doing yoga for a month I’ve taken advantage of their intro offer so getting to know some of the instructors and styles. Highly recommend

An excellent 90 minute Jivamukti class from Sophie. Really feeling it the day after! Good faculties. Nicely located in the northern quarter for a good brunch after our mid morning class.
Wonderful studio in the centre of Manchester. Have just been to my 101st class with Sam and it was amazing. I now frequent the studio with an established routine and feel like part of a lovely community. The only thing I can say is I can’t believe I haven’t joined the studio earlier! :) The range of classes is fantastic, the teachers take extra time to help and support you through the practice. The owners are really passionate about the studio, always looking to make everyone feel comfortable. They also push you to do more, do better, even though it makes no difference to them. This is just a testament to how much they care about their customers and yoga! Keep up the great work Will and Sammy! ♥️
Great class! Love this yoga studio, all the classes I’ve done have been brilliant and an added bonus is sometimes there’s cute doggies there 🫶
