Fantastic! We booked this lovely family run hotel for one of our clients as a last minute booking after being let down by another place. My client feed back that the service received was first class, I was told it was super clean & check in process was easy & smooth, there is amble free parking for guests which is rare in Manchester now. They even went out if their way to accommodate an early check in. I cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile & highly recommend the team at Yally! Great, clean hotel with plenty of parking. I think I met the owner and she was really lovely, up for a chat but also respected our privacy. Unfortunately I was a little too tall for the toilet (my knees were very cozy with the door) but if you're under 6ft then that isn't a problem.
Stayed here recently with my daughter and had 2 rooms. It’s a really central place for Manchester and has ample parking. Both the Hotel and the Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the Owners are very polite and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.
I've enjoyed my stay over there The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean. The internet speed was good. The toiletries were of good quality unlike other hotel. The area is packed with so many restaurants and cafes of different cultures and tastes. What I didnt like is the 30 pound deposit for insurance which I didn't find in other hotels. It was stated in the fine prints and it shouldn't be there.
Pleasantly suprised by YALLY Hotel! Staff were very friendly and professional, recommending some great places to eat at, and a super easy, quick bus route to the city center. The room was spotless and had a great view of the park. I'm definitely going to stay here every time I visit Manchester! A friendly and welcoming family business - and a real hidden gem.
