I had a great experience with this practice. I attended as a new patient and the reception staff were very friendly, polite and professional. I saw a dentist called Robin who was lovely. He explained the treatment I needed and went through options with me. I felt very reassured to go ahead with what was needed. I'm happy to say my treatment was pain free as I am fairly anxious over dental care. Overall I was very pleased and I am glad to have found a dental practice I feel comfortable attending.
I have had several appointments with the Windsor dental practice. On each occasion I have been treated with respect and friendliness. I've had a couple of appointments cancelled and some brought forward. This for me wasn't a problem as I am now retired. I have been coming to this practice for over 50 years and was a little uncertain what to expect this visit following aspects of parts becoming private. However everything went very smoothly and my checkup was done by a very friendly lady dentist whom I hadn’t met before. She was very thorough and efficient and the necessary treatment I require was fixed to be in 6 days time. Yes still under the NHS. No need for my worries, still an excellent service as it always has been. Thanking you all.
Great service and very professional. In Manchester for Christmas visiting my son and A filling fell out revealing that the tooth Was already cracked. I attended the Windsor dental practice via the NHS and they were brilliant in and out within 20 minutes tooth extracted.
