I had an excellent experience at Windsor Dental. From the moment I checked in, the professionalism and warmth of the entire team stood out. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The practice itself is spotless and well-maintained, with all staff professionally dressed and wearing genuine smiles—a detail that truly made a difference. My dentist was polite, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure. Consent was always requested, and I was provided with valuable information on how to maintain my dental health moving forward. The assistant was equally professional and attentive throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find such a consistently high standard across every point of care. The reception staff were friendly and engaging. My appointment was prompt. The dentist and his assistant was also friendly and engaging. I was greeted with so many positive friendly smiles all round. It made me feel good. My treatment was quick. What more could anyone ask for. Well done 😊
Always a pleasant experience seeing Scott. He's puts his patients at ease and does a thorough check up. So glad I opted into the monthly Payment Plan, it enables me to see the same dentist and hygienist on every visit.
Very Quick and speedy treatment procedure. The Reception staff are exceptional, they are very helpful, chatty, welcoming, polite, helpful and efficient. I cannot give them all enough praise. They all go out of their way to help make your visit pleasant. Which for some patients helps to relax us before our procedures. Overall I would award Five stars to this practice compared to my old dentist practice whom where very out dated.
There was some confusion over the booking of my hygienist appointment. However I received a courteous and helpful response to my questions and a satisfactory date has now been booked. I then had a routine check up with my usual dentist who was, as always, friendly and gentle in his examination.
