I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this place. I called ahead to let them know I’d be arriving early, as I was traveling from a different city and had a long journey ahead. Despite this, when I arrived, the staff was completely uninterested in accommodating me. They didn’t even try to understand my situation and simply stated that they couldn’t help. There was no apology or attempt to offer a solution – just a flat "we can’t do anything" response. The lack of empathy and basic customer service was shocking. Instead of offering to help with an early check-in or even suggesting a waiting area, they left me with no options and no room. I had to scramble to find a different place to stay, which added unnecessary stress to my trip. I expected much better from a hotel that claims to offer quality service. I won’t be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if you need any flexibility or understanding with your booking.
I really enjoyed my stay here with my friend for a night away. I was able to really relax in the spa, the staff were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was great too!!! Nice location also for some walks, places to eat nearby and good links to the centre. I will definitely be coming back!
I booked this for my son , his girlfriend is visiting from Australia. They both enjoyed their stay. Both did agree a lady on reception was extremely blunt and abrupt with them both , the guys were lovely and friendly to them. The young lady at reception does need to address her manners most definitely. My son and his girlfriend both spoke highly of the amazing cooked breakfast each morning , 5 stars for that. Sadly the young lady did make them feel very uncomfortable whenever they approached reception, just abrupt and extremely negative individual. Hope management do have speak to her regarding " people skills " Which will prevent them going back again in the near future.
Fantastic leisure club. Never seen such a big leisure club, it has everything with regards to equipment. State of the art. No long waits to use equipment as it has multiple of everything. Discounts given in restaurant and cafe for leisure club members. Good value for money. Heated large pool. Friendly helpful staff.
Booked a room weeks ago for spa and weekend getaway just to get a notification today that the hotel is overbooked and my booking was cancelled. Excellent, I won't be using you in the future! Never had a hotel room cancelled and been travelling the world for over 20yrs. There's always a first I guess...
