I went to vision express yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Alisha. She was so helpful and made me feel very welcomed in the store. She was so bubbly and friendly and is one of the nicest young lady I have met I am so happy that she is part of the vision express store. I would recommend to be served by Alisha next time you are in store I could not recommend her enough.
I went for my appointment in vision express today and was served by a lovely girl called Alisha, she was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. Waiting time is too long to see someone - yet about 5 or more people chatting at the till - the lad who helped us Was very pleasant but still don’t feel like customers are appreciated!! I’ve been buying my glasses and sunglasses here for years definitely no customer service skills anymore when there’s an issue with the glasses ! Yes they being fixed but felt it’s an inconvenience.
I have always loved the customer service that vision express deliver. I was very fortunate to have Sadaf take care of me, she was very patient with me and helped me pick the right glasses and was so kind ❤️All the staff there were very friendly and welcoming and what I thought would be a daunting experience actually ended up being one of the highlights of my day. Who would have thought picking out glasses would be such a pleasant experience. 10/10 and 100% would recommend😊. Also I would like to add that the quality of glasses that vision express supply are one of the highest.
