From the moment I walked in, Haney was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything ran smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this opticians. The staff, especially Sam, are knowledgeable and patient. The manager is clearly doing a fantastic job and really explains things and goes out of his way to make sure customers are not kept waiting and is always on the shop floor actively working with his staff. First time leaving a google comment, friendly patient professional stuff Natalie who is working here saving my life, I didn’t get my prescription or frame here but had some issues with my glasses so I asked for help here, i have visited 3 other stores before but they didn’t spot any issues, however Natalie did. She helped me patiently even though i didn’t get my glasses here. Thank you so much 💗
Great check-up, friendly staff and happy to explain everything. It was busy for a Saturday morning with a lot of staff on the shop floor, which is why I was surprised by the state of the glasses they have on display - absolutely filthy. Most of them were so gross, you could barely see yourself out of them in the mirror.
