Amazing service and staff. Their attention to detail to get the correct glasses for you was first class. The glasses I picked were too wide even though they were the more expensive frame they advised me they wouldn’t work with my prescription. They took their time to ensure you got the best fit regardless of their sale. Highly recommend vision express and will definitely be using them for my next eye test. Their payment plan option meant I could treat myself to a nice pair of sunglasses. All staff very helpful from ringing to book my appointment, to eye test , to their fitters. Thank you. ❤️

I would like to thank and acknowledge Jasmine for her excellent customer service and quality. I approached Jasmine whilst she was with another customer, she was polite and said she’d be right with me once she was free. I honestly did not intend to buy anything but to rather take a look as I had just got a new prescription from optical express. Jasmine had a very friendly manner of speaking and easily enabled me to open up about my current dilemma with optical express. She let me speak and then suggested options and advise. She was not pushy and extremely knowledgeable with the products and services. I asked for 3 spectacles to have the tags removed to try on. The range provided was so close to what I wanted that I was happy with my choice. My choice was unique and hard to find but she made it easy. Upon paying jasmine educated me on different types of lenses and was very patient with me as I took my time. Once again thank you for making me feel comfortable and valued and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I have paid a fair price for my glasses. If anyone is unsure about prices or offers please visit this store and look for Jasmine. I will revisit this review once I receive my glasses.

Amazing service very helpful. Explained everything about the tests done. The actual eye test was so quick and very advanced. Helpful staff when choosing glasses and had all offers and options explained to me. Very happy with service.

I’ve never had an eye test before and was given a distance prescription for the first time, sidra spent a lot of time explaining to me what lens would be the best for my prescription and also which frames would suit me as I was overwhelmed by choice. Big thanks to sidra she is a great asset to your team at vision express. Also the optician and other members of staff were also great and super professional.

As a happy customer since 2012 I'd lie if I say I was happy about my last visit today. I live 6 miles away form the venue and nonetheless, I always used to go there to do my eye test and buy new glasses as they used to have friendly staff and a variety of frames to choose from. Today, I just came back from there without doing an eye test nor ordering my glasses because I arrived 10 minutes late after leaving my job an hour early, travelling 6 miles and dealing with traffic jams. Without enquiring the reason for me being late or try to shift the appointment into a new slot (I believe there were some available as the store was practically empty) and thus, showing customer care and a professional approach, I was simply told I was late and I had to reschedule it for another day. A total disregard for customers with a touch of unprofessional mediocrity all around. Wow! With what criteria exactly you have reached to that conclusion and decided to declare my appointment void? Mystery! What about all the years I arrived on time and I had to wait 30 or 40 minutes more to do my test? Probably doesn't count, right? Well, sorry I was late. Time to shop around for new glasses now. So long! Suggestion: Retrain your staff. This is just not an acceptable level of service unfortunately
