I went for my appointment in vision express today and was served by a lovely girl called Alisha, she was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. She spent a lot of time helping me pick my frame and offered me her opinion as to which style is best suited to me. I was very happy with the service and purchase and wanted to express my gratitude to the manager however I was informed to write a review online. Thank you once again Alisha :)
The test was very professional. All staff were very helpful. Made you feel special. A young man called Sam was lovely. Helped me get my NHS discount. Sam is a great staff member in your employ. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you.
Extremely disappointed I left feeling foolish. There was clearly competition going on whilst I was there, the upselling was aggressive. The sales assistant did not apply discounts, she was shouting at other customers “come and see me to get your glasses” whilst serving me and then at the end of the transaction I heard her tell another assistant “I just got a £960 sale”. I questioned her about her comment and she said nothing and just gave me a blank look. I paid the £960, but she would not give me the receipt but did provide the prescription. I left feeling very angry with myself and that I had let my self get bullied. I decided to write to head office to cancel the order. The actual eye test was very thorough and professional. Have used vision express for the last 6 years and always found them brilliant (Burgess Hill branch) but will never go this branch again. Update from 17/01/2025 Called to get progress on my refund. They said there was no record of my complaint, despite email acknowledgment. When I asked her to check again, she asked me for the complaint id again… I asked her to give me the number she had checked and she hung up on me…..even the complaints department are appalling.
I went to vision express yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Alisha. She was so helpful and made me feel very welcomed in the store. She was so bubbly and friendly and is one of the nicest young lady I have met I am so happy that she is part of the vision express store. I would recommend to be served by Alisha next time you are in store I could not recommend her enough.
Today I visited vision express and I was served by alisha. She was so lovely and helpful. Alisha was so welcoming in helping me choose out my frames. I wanted to speak to manager to tell her but was recommended to write online. I would 100 percent come back to vision express and I would ask to be served by Alisha. She was honestly the most amazing person. Her customer service was amazing. I wish her all the best in her future. The manager who hired her did an amazing job of hiring her and is a great addition to the store. I will only be served by Alisha next time. Thank you
