I went to vision express yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Alisha. She was so helpful and made me feel very welcomed in the store. She was so bubbly and friendly and is one of the nicest young lady I have met I am so happy that she is part of the vision express store. I would recommend to be served by Alisha next time you are in store I could not recommend her enough.
I have always loved the customer service that vision express deliver. I was very fortunate to have Sadaf take care of me, she was very patient with me and helped me pick the right glasses and was so kind ❤️All the staff there were very friendly and welcoming and what I thought would be a daunting experience actually ended up being one of the highlights of my day. Who would have thought picking out glasses would be such a pleasant experience. 10/10 and 100% would recommend😊. Also I would like to add that the quality of glasses that vision express supply are one of the highest. Amazing service and staff. Their attention to detail to get the correct glasses for you was first class. The glasses I picked were too wide even though they were the more expensive frame they advised me they wouldn’t work with my prescription. They took their time to ensure you got the best fit regardless of their sale. Highly recommend vision express and will definitely be using them for my next eye test. Their payment plan option meant I could treat myself to a nice pair of sunglasses. All staff very helpful from ringing to book my appointment, to eye test , to their fitters. Thank you. ❤️
I would like to thank and acknowledge Jasmine for her excellent customer service and quality. I approached Jasmine whilst she was with another customer, she was polite and said she’d be right with me once she was free. I honestly did not intend to buy anything but to rather take a look as I had just got a new prescription from optical express. Jasmine had a very friendly manner of speaking and easily enabled me to open up about my current dilemma with optical express. She let me speak and then suggested options and advise. She was not pushy and extremely knowledgeable with the products and services. I asked for 3 spectacles to have the tags removed to try on. The range provided was so close to what I wanted that I was happy with my choice. My choice was unique and hard to find but she made it easy. Upon paying jasmine educated me on different types of lenses and was very patient with me as I took my time. Once again thank you for making me feel comfortable and valued and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I have paid a fair price for my glasses. If anyone is unsure about prices or offers please visit this store and look for Jasmine. I will revisit this review once I receive my glasses.
First of all let me just say the customer service I received during the time of glasses ordering was wonderful. The lady informed that I could get a sizeable discount with my blue light card which I didn’t know about so I was very grateful for that. However.. When I ordered my glasses, was never told how long it would take for my glasses order to be ready. But did receive a link for me to be able to track the progress. It says estimated delivery time between 5-8 December. Around that time I checked the tracking page and it says that the glasses are being made and “almost there”. The next day, refreshed the page and it has completely changed and there wasn’t even an estimated delivery time and the progress had gone one step backwards… called the branch, quick pick up and response from the lady who told me that it had previously been written on my order that it would take 2 weeks (wasn’t told about this when I ordered , and did not match the information on the tracking page).. additionally she informed that the glasses is estimated to be ready for pick up actually the week after the estimated 2 weeks!! Just frustrating….
