I recently had an excellent experience at Vision Express, thanks to the outstanding service provided by their team. Maria's customer service was exceptional; she helped me choose the perfect glasses and frames with great patience and expertise. Iara conducted my eye test with remarkable patience and professionalism, making the process smooth and comfortable. Additionally, Tom and the dispatch team ensured that my glasses were delivered promptly and efficiently. Overall, the service I received was top-notch, and I highly recommend Vision Express for their excellent customer care.
I had a great experience with my eye test and choosing my glasses. My test was done by saffiyah, who took the upmost care and consideration when conducting this and it was smooth and seamless process, which I couldn’t be more grateful for. I was then handed over to Maria who was super helpful in helping me decide which frames to pick. She went the extra mile and beyond to make sure I had enough advice and recommendations when it came to choosing my glasses. She was very kind and showed great customer service, which I really appreciated.

Had the most outstanding service at Arndale branch. Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and were very pleased. Zainab and Zain were superb. I bought sun specs for my husband and kool meta specs with the latest colour transitions for my son. We would really recommend this team !
Had a great experience. Came for eye check up, the assessing lady was lovely and very thorough. I’ve asked about transition lenses to help with migraines and the lady asked the representative Maria to have a chat with me about it. Maria was really attentive to my needs and matched me with a pair of glasses she thought could be good and picked great frames. I ended up ordering these (still awaiting) although I only came for the eye check in mind ☺️ highly recommend as always, especially dealing with a lot of health stuff it was great to have such supportive service. I’ve been with Arndale branch for many years ☺️
