Excellent service! I went into the store relatively stressed trying to get myself organised before going away. Ohitha was brilliant! She was patient with me and took her time to ensure I had everything sorted. Couldn't recommend this store and Ohitha enough! All staff are very friendly and genuinely want to help.
Zaid's customer service was absolutely excellent on my recent visit to the Manchester Arndale store. He went out of his way to help me. Good customer service is a deal breaker for me in choosing whether to use a shop, product, organisation etc. so I hope that Zaid's good example is exemplary of the Vision Express chain.

When my glasses broke and I popped in here, they immediately made an appointment for me there and then. This was so appreciated. In no time, I had had an eye test, selected frames and was on my way. When they heard that I was leaving the country and would need the glasses in less than the two week turnaround time, they said they would sort it for me. And the glasses arrived 5 days before I left. Amazing. Thank you all so much.
