The clinic was spotless, and the staff were superb—friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. I left feeling well-informed about my eye health and truly cared for. Had a great experience. Came for eye check up, the assessing lady was lovely and very thorough. I’ve asked about transition lenses to help with migraines and the lady asked the representative Maria to have a chat with me about it. Maria was really attentive to my needs and matched me with a pair of glasses she thought could be good and picked great frames. I ended up ordering these (still awaiting) although I only came for the eye check in mind ☺️ highly recommend as always, especially dealing with a lot of health stuff it was great to have such supportive service. I’ve been with Arndale branch for many years ☺️
My appointment today was excellent. From the warm greeting to the thorough eye check, I felt completely taken care of. My prescription had changed, and the lovely lady (Ohitha) listened attentively to my needs and style preferences. They presented me with fantastic options, and I was so impresseed that I ended up leaving with not one but two new pairs of glasses! I'm very happy with the service I received!
Marie was very helpful. Only discovered I needed glasses on the day and as someone who knew next to nothing about vision itself or glasses, she put me at ease and offered several solutions and why some were/weren’t suitable for me. She was great.
Excellent service. Optometrist Mariam was very efficient and provided really good advice and guidance. Maria looked after me and was a delight helping me find new glasses. I was thoroughly impressed as she clearly has a good eye for what looks good. I found the whole experience quite enjoyable! I will definitely return.
