Went to Vision Express here at Tesco back when it was Tesco opticians and was always happy with the service I received. I changed to Specsavers during the pandemic as Which? magazine had highly rated them. They couldn’t have been more wrong! Very friendly staff, good atmosphere when I walked in and took the time to listen to my request and have been able to fulfil it- I wanted sunglasses to be made prescription and my old favourite specs to be upgraded to my new prescription! Made it very easy!

The eye test was great the staff were very helpfull When it came to the price I am retired pensioner receiving no benefits replacement glasses price was crazy at £436 I asked for the glass to go in my old glasses to make it cheaper but it came in at the same price but with no guarantee The price was crazy
