Stayed here for a weekend due to working near the area. Reception area was nice. Getting key card was a simple and easy process. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good standard with a comfy bed. No air con but fan provided. Not the best but not the worst.
I was one off about 30 workers but checked out the other day from his hotel after nearly 5 and a 1/2 months being accommodated here for work. Can't complain about the place as the rooms were kept spot on and cleaned very often. All the staff on reception all are very friendly, especially the breakfast crew , Sarah, Debbie & Jenny , Brody and little Michael ! 👏👏 Anything you want , they'll get it ! The gym is spot on with 2 rooms off equipment to use and the pool , steam & sauna rooms great to .
Lovely hotel. Only slight issue we had was the plumbing for the shower, the water wouldn't go down very fast so had to keep turning off the shower to let the water go down. Would definitely recommend and come again
I've been staying at this hotel for couple of months now and would like to say a massive thank you to Kayleigh Emily and Cheryl in the bar area! The chef marcello is a fantastic chef and he went out of his way in regard to my dietary requirements I was pleased to know the hotel cater for Muslim as I only eat halal meat the staff here are absolutely fantastic customer service is 10/10
I’ve recently joined the gym and have been very impressed with the facilities and staff. They are all approachable and helpful. I have done the aqua class with Rachel and Rob. I found them both to be very friendly, whilst being professionalism. The class is fun, and ideal to help me get back into working out.
