Not impressed!!! Don't waste your money!! Mixed grill was shocking!! Nothing on the plate other than chips...... £30. Raised my opinion on the meal i had (which I didn't eat) and the "manager" rolled her eyes at another member off staff! Won't be going back!! Anywhere else is better priced, quality and quantity!!..... AVOID!
Car park is shocking if your in a van no signs stating there is a one way system in place and also a low bridge on the exit , find yourself having to drive round the one way the wrong way to exit . Needs some signs in place quickly. Room was ok extractor fan broken and the corridor stung of weed did report this to reception.
Had a wonderful time here with my partner. Was a great hotel, very clean and stuff were just amazing! Would come again !
I stay at the Village Hotel Hyde regularly for work, and the staff always make me feel welcome. A special thanks to Debbie at breakfast—she greets me with a smile, knows my preferences, and makes mornings enjoyable with her friendly chats. Simon at reception is also fantastic, always checking in on how my day was and ensuring I have my invoice ready without asking. The team is attentive and quick to resolve any issues, like when they moved me to another room after a problem with the window lock. Their excellent service keeps me coming back!
The friendliest staff, everyone who we spoke to was happy and accommodating to our needs. The hotel itself was wonderful, great big pool, lovely breakfast, comfy beds, used a buyagift voucher so it was a steal. Would happily return and recommend.
