Had my hearing aides fitted today. Didn’t realise how much sound I had been missing. Staff were wonderful making me feel at ease , explaining everything that I required. Were so comfortable even with my glasses on
I have been taking my family to Mitchell’s at Hyde for a couple of years now, and have found them fantastic. The eye tests are comprehensive, choosing and fitting glasses are excellent and the aftercare is really good. I had some bad experiences with an optician before this, so was delighted to get such good service . It is well worth driving the extra few miles.
I have been going to Valli Opticians (from when it was Mitchell's) since I was about 10 making it around 20 years! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, I always feel so looked after. There is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all staff are amazing and always happy and helpful going above and beyond what is expected. Hayley really looked after me during my last visit when my prescription had changed and I needed new glasses.
I visited Mitchell’s Opticians in Hyde to purchase new glasses. I was greeted by Vicky who was professional and friendly. I was then handed over to Tim who helped me choose my new glasses. Tim was helpful and professional. He was very honest at what glasses suited me or not. When I finally chose the pair I liked at a reasonable price I was very Happy. Tim said 10 days for delivery, they came in 9. Tim fitted the glasses to my face and they look wonderful, and I can see clearer again. 🤓 yay 😀 I would recommend Mitchell’s in Hyde for New Glasses every time. I’ve been using Mitchell's for the past 8 years. Always had fantastic service from professional people who care about my eyesight. They have always given me straight honest advice. If I didn’t need new glasses, they told me that the ones I had were fine. I could change them if I wanted to, but my prescription had not changed. Now that is putting the customer first and not just trying to sell me new glasses. That I respect above all. Thank you for the continued fantastic service.
