I am a returning customer because of the excellent customer service. All the staff are extremely friendly professional and helpful offering advice and options in a calm no rushed environment . This time the staff for my visit were Sanjay on reception Nancy the optician and Luke Mann who is the technician who fitted and was great helping me select .I will go back again and highly recommend Valli in Chorlton
I visited due to having a blepharitis flare up. The optician Nancy was excellent she wrote up a full routine of what I should be doing every day to treat it. Lets hope it works!! No other optician I have visited in the last 2-3 yrs has given me this much information. She was very helpful and I extremely impressed. Shes a credit to your company😀

I went to Valli optician in chorlton to have my eyes tested. The staffs Nancy Adrian and Sanjay was very professional patient caring and give you the best advice you could have asked for . My glasses fits me beautifully and for the first time after wearing glasses over 28 years I was able to walk from my house to the high street which was 10 minutes walk and was able to kept my feet on the ground..( And not falling over ) I love them so much can’t wait to wear them even when I don’t need them. I was so impressed I took my husband there and he also have two pairs and very happy.. Thanks very much to the staff . Will be back again my second time there .
