Very able optometrist. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Not in it to simply make money. I was advised that though my prescription had slightly altered, there was no immediate need to buy new spectacles. Great ethics. I have and will recommend my friends and family to use Valli.
I signed up for the contact lenses trial scheme with Valli, which has been great. Sanjay (front of house) and Hosea (optician) have both been amazing, taking the time for me to try lots of different styles of contacts, and tweaking the prescription, to ensure my lenses are perfect. Contact lenses are expensive, but paying out for the wrong ones costs even more, so the trial has been worth every penny. I can’t recommend Valli highly enough, thank you guys!
Will never use this place ever! Absolutely shocked with the manager Sanjay who threatened and was extremely rude to me over the phone. I chose to use the SEE voucher at this clinic bearing in mind I can use it in over many different locations. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule. I did not expect a manager to speak over me very abruptly which was very unprofessional. This has now been escalated. I will now take my voucher else where.
I would just like to say a very big thank you to Fatima James and Sanjay at Valli Opticians with their excellent service that went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended. My new spectacles make me feel like a MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!!
