I am a returning customer because of the excellent customer service. All the staff are extremely friendly professional and helpful offering advice and options in a calm no rushed environment . This time the staff for my visit were Sanjay on reception Nancy the optician and Luke Mann who is the technician who fitted and was great helping me select .I will go back again and highly recommend Valli in Chorlton
I visited due to having a blepharitis flare up. The optician Nancy was excellent she wrote up a full routine of what I should be doing every day to treat it. Lets hope it works!!
