I had a great experience with TwinSun. I used check a trade and they contacted me immediately through WhatsApp, text and email. I was able to speak to someone at 7pm at night and get the work arranged for the next day. The service is 10/10 and made the whole process very stress free without me having to spend ages on the phone. Once the appointment was arranged I also received great communication about it.
Had an older boiler that needed replacing in a property we manage, TwinSun Heating was able to identify the works that needed doing and got onto them very quickly. I was very impressed by their professionalism, speed of service and attention to detail. Not all boiler companies do a good job but TwinSun are one of those quality companies that are worth every penny. Excellent service as ever. I have booked TwinSun for a number of jobs in the past and they are a reliable and trustworthy company. The replacement radiator job was a little more involved than first thought, but Reece worked diligently to overcome the issues. We have other work planned. We won't hesitate to use TwinSun again.
