I rung to ask for a quotation. It went to voicemail so I left a message. Got a text message back asking how Alec could help. Not bothered to listen to the voicemail I left. I sent a long response message back on Friday. Sadly never got any response back until today from Alec then saying I have no painter as on holiday and no dates available until the end of August. I appreciate people are busy and get booked up but common courtesy and decent customer service cost nothing. I've given the one star just for the fact he bothered to message back at all otherwise it would have been a big fat 0.
Alec, James and Ben have done a brilliant job for us, re decorating the bedroom ceiling, varnishing 3 doors and all the paintwork in the room. They've sorted a few damp issues in our lounge and kitchen with no problem at all. Right from the start the communication has been great and taking on board all the things we needed doing. They will be doing paint work on our exterior too and I know it will all look amazing when done. They were quick in emailing a quote, and after accepting their very reasonable charges, we were so happy when they were able to slot us in really quickly. Their tidiness, demeanour and close attention to detail has been perfect for us and would highly recommend True Colours....
James and Ben did a great job for us. We have not had the best time with tradesmen recently and we can say these guys have been a pleasure to work with. The job has been finished to a very high standard with constant communication throughout. They push standards further with honest knowledgable opinions which really helped with the finish of our room. Strongly recommend and will be using them again when the time comes.
True Colours were recommended to us and we are so happy they were. Alec, James and Ben provided first class service from the first phone call until the end of the work. There were no cancellations, no delays. They decorated the ceilings, walls, woodwork of the sitting room, hall, stairs and entrance porch. They also tiled the floor of the entrance porch too. They were always punctual, professional, hardworking and considerate. (I will upload photos of the sitting room when the new carpet has been fitted). We will be asking True Colours to return and do more rooms as soon as it is practical. Thank you True Colours (Alec, James and Ben) see you again soon.
