We stayed here for a cheap getaway for the Christmas markets. The price of the room was great! The room itself was quite large, tidy and clean. Service at the front desk was great and the bar and restaurant area looked nice although we did not use them. The location was perfect for the markets! Only downfalls would be parking is very limited and difficult to find with the one way system, however must say parking was cheap compared to other places locally. Also the spare pillows in the room were not clean sadly, however everything else was very clean and tidy. Overall, would stay here again for a cheap getaway.
Stayed here for one night, lady on the front desk (can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so accommodating for my mum with disability with such a warm welcome. Room was lovely & clean with extra pillows if needed. Great night sleep. Yes the hotel is under going renovations but it wasn’t an issue for just a nights stay.
Hotel was OK, sort of what we expected for a travelodge but bathroom especially was very dated, damaged and quite dirty. Service was good, only downside was our friend locked their key in their room and it was far too easy for us to go get another key without any name or booking checks, just gave a room number! Location is really good. Parking is handy and reasonable at £10 for 24 hours, quite tight spaces
Nice hotel in the centre of Manchester. We were on the fifth floor, there are seven floors in total. The hot water struggled to get to our room, and when it was running, see photo, it didn't get any better than Luke warm. Also the parking, albeit limited, is a free for all. The spaces are hard to see and people park over the lines, across two bays etc, which reduces the number of spaces. Apart from that, the rooms are huge and comfortable.
As good as it can get for the price. Strengths: 1. Large rooms 2. Very clean in general 3. Bathroom has shampoo and soap dispenser 4. Bed is quite comfortable 5. Quiet in general (unless you open the windows) 6. Helpful staff 7. Located very close to City Centre and tons of major shops Weaknesses: 1. No minifridge 2. Prices increase dramatically on Saturdays and busy times 3. Entrance is situated on a one-way road where cars can't stop drop you off - be advised when coming with an Uber/Bolt/taxi
