I had a wonderful stay at Townhouse Hotel and the service was exceptional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Jain(receptionist), who was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.
Good hotel but suffers from being in a busy part of Manchester for traffic particularly buses the Victorian windows even with glazing behind them don't block the sound. Staff need to make sure that they have guests full attention when giving instructions too. Location however was excellent for us.
I had the pleasure recently of staying at Manchester's Townhouse Hotel, and I have to say that it was an absolutely marvelous experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a warm blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort, and it is the perfect place to unwind after a frenetic day's sightseeing in the city. What actually did make my visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service I received. Special praise has to go to receptionist Mr. Jain, who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. His warm smile and clear eagerness to assist with any question left me feeling so welcome. Whether he was offering restaurant suggestions for the vicinity or simply greeting me with a smile every time I passed through the lobby, Mr. Jain's hospitality was totally first-class. Thank you, Townhouse Hotel, and especially Mr. Jain, for making my stay so memorable! 👏🌟
My stay here at the townhouse hotel has been nothing short of exceptional, simply due to one member of staff. Florinda, a member of the breakfast team. She has a welcoming, friendly and positive attitude. She has gone above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure the comfort and ease of my experience here. No request has been too much and she been a credit and an asset to your team. Should I return, it would be a delight to receive that level of service again.
We stayed at the Townhouse Hotel and used the conference facilities for our Celebrant training for the week. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lunch provided was amazing. Location was fabulous. We will be returning. Thank you to all of the team. Tess - APC x
