I had a wonderful stay at Townhouse Hotel and the service was exceptional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure recently of staying at Manchester's Townhouse Hotel, and I have to say that it was an absolutely marvelous experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a warm blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort, and it is the perfect place to unwind after a frenetic day's sightseeing in the city. What actually did make my visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service I received. Special praise has to go to receptionist Mr. Jain, who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. His warm smile and clear eagerness to assist with any question left me feeling so welcome. Whether he was offering restaurant suggestions for the vicinity or simply greeting me with a smile every time I passed through the lobby, Mr. Jain's hospitality was totally first-class. Good hotel but suffers from being in a busy part of Manchester for traffic particularly buses the Victorian windows even with glazing behind them don't block the sound. Staff need to make sure that they have guests full attention when giving instructions too. Location however was excellent for us.
