On 16th Nov 2023, I engaged TMC Solicitors for legal assistance and was thoroughly disappointed with their services. Despite their claims of exceptional representation, my experience was marred by unmet promises, significant delays, and a lack of satisfactory outcomes. Initially, TMC Solicitors assured me of a swift resolution of 110% success to my case. However, as time progressed, it became evident that their commitments were hollow. The process was riddled with procrastination, and their communication was sporadic at best. I found myself constantly seeking updates, only to receive vague responses that did little to alleviate my concerns. Furthermore, the firm's approach seemed more focused on financial gain than client satisfaction. I was charged substantial fees around 2000+ GBP for minimal effort. Now its 2025, and now they refuse their assurence of 110% sucess and wasted my time. my experience with TMC Solicitors was far from satisfactory. Their unfulfilled promises, coupled with prolonged delays and subpar customer service, have left me disillusioned. I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternative legal firms before engaging with TMC Solicitors.
