Great experience staying at the hotel for a few nights on a work trip. Comfy and clean rooms with good facilities and friendly and pleasant staff. Food selection on the bar menu was varied and a good too. Will defo look to book when I'm in the city on a social visit.

A nice hotel, spacious rooms. There's a restaurant downstairs to eat at night and a spa in the basement. If you want to use the spa schedule in advance it was very relaxing. Location is great within walking distance of many locations downtown.
The room descriptions and pictures on the website are misleading. The size and pictures listed are not what we received. There was not enough room to place our bags without stepping on top of them to get to the bed, so we set them in the entry area. the shower on the sixth floor had very little water pressure making it hard to shower. The staff was good on arrival and the lobby is great. Location is good, and close to food and nightlife.
I was there for a conference of about 200 people so I have no experience of the rooms or dining. The conference facilities were excellent with plenty of space, despite the slightly quirky layout of rooms and stairs. The catering facilities were also excellent. Audio-visual services were clear and precise.
