We had a wonderful stay at The Lowry, and we can't speak highly enough of the staff. Matthew at reception was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and accommodating—he truly made our stay a five-star experience. One of the nicest hotel staff members we've ever met! The meal at the hotel was delicious, and despite a couple of seating issues, Nathan handled everything with professionalism and warmth, ensuring we were well taken care of. Olivia at the Re:Treat spa was delightful and helped us relax immediately upon arrival. There was also a lovely gentleman at the front of house and during breakfast service who greeted us with a friendly smile and remembered us each day. It was such a nice touch! I also want to mention a breakfast server (apologies for not remembering your name) who was engaging, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Every single staff member at The Lowry was outstanding. We've stayed at several five-star hotels around the world, and The Lowry stands out for having the friendliest and most accommodating team we've encountered. The room was beautiful, breakfast was absolutely delicious, the massages and spa treatments were fantastic, and the hotel is perfectly located near the city center. Thank you again for such a memorable and wonderful stay!
I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel is Amazing !! Arrived and treated ourselves to the RE:treat Spa, couples floating package and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing! Then Had a meal at the river restaurant and the staff were cracking jokes, answering all our questions and were very tentative. Breakfast in the morning, the staff remembered us…so so kind. Definitely would recommend x
We found the suite nicely designed, comfortable and very spacious. Lots to see through the big windows. We appreciated the kitchenette with hot drinks selection. The location is easy to reach from the centre, yet more calm away from traffic, right by the canal and trinity bridge. We had some trouble with the card system in the lift and with the ventilation in the room. One of the towels had makeup stains on it. The room info book was a bit dirty with crumbs. Breakfast: one of the little jams on our table was already open. The buffet was great, as was the menu. But unfortunately a second breakfast menu costs extra. The reception staff were attentive. A special thanks to Joseph, who made us want to see more of the city and gave us a warm welcome.
First time visiting The Lowry and definitely won't be the last!!! The service from start to finish was very good and Kelly on reception was especially helpful. The rooms were beautiful designed, we upgraded to a suite which was Amazing and had all the little extras expected. The restaurant for breakfast was also high standard. The cooked menu breakfast was plentiful and perfect start to the day. Location is great for exploring Manchester and only a short walk to the tram. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
