I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lowry Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel truly welcome. The service was impeccable—every request was handled with efficiency and genuine hospitality. The room was nothing short of perfection—spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean. The plush bedding and modern amenities made for an incredibly comfortable stay, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city. It was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the beautifully maintained interiors to the seamless service. Whether it was the concierge’s helpful recommendations or the quick room service, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Overall, The Lowry Hotel is a five-star experience in every sense. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Manchester. Very modern, super clean and definitely 5 star. The service is outstanding, i felt very welcomed. Stanislava on reception was really helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Also the porters are super friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful, very spacious with lovely river view. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and fresh fruit and smoothies too

Had an amazing experience at The Lowry. From the moment I arrived at reception it was clear that I was in a hotel that was at the front in valuing it's guests. On arrival in my room it was clear that it was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable with high quality linen immaculately presented. The food I found to be fresh, well cooked and presented. All the staff were very professional in the way they carried out their duties. The hotel is situated in an excellent place for exploring Manchester and it's attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Lowry, and we can't speak highly enough of the staff. Matthew at reception was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and accommodating—he truly made our stay a five-star experience. One of the nicest hotel staff members we've ever met! The meal at the hotel was delicious, and despite a couple of seating issues, Nathan handled everything with professionalism and warmth, ensuring we were well taken care of. Olivia at the Re:Treat spa was delightful and helped us relax immediately upon arrival. There was also a lovely gentleman at the front of house and during breakfast service who greeted us with a friendly smile and remembered us each day. It was such a nice touch! I also want to mention a breakfast server (apologies for not remembering your name) who was engaging, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Every single staff member at The Lowry was outstanding. We've stayed at several five-star hotels around the world, and The Lowry stands out for having the friendliest and most accommodating team we've encountered. The room was beautiful, breakfast was absolutely delicious, the massages and spa treatments were fantastic, and the hotel is perfectly located near the city center. Thank you again for such a memorable and wonderful stay!

I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel is Amazing !! Arrived and treated ourselves to the RE:treat Spa, couples floating package and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing! Then Had a meal at the river restaurant and the staff were cracking jokes, answering all our questions and were very tentative. Breakfast in the morning, the staff remembered us…so so kind. Definitely would recommend x
