Cheap cheerful, great staff who often assist where possible and help encourage a sociable atmosphere of people who'll lift you up and help you get in get it done and keep coming back. one of the nicer things is that the people who workout here are nice, friendly and often just as helpful as staff once you have gotten to know them. I have a big love for my time there, the staff who look after us all, and the customers who make the atmosphere a better place to be, unsure if other Gym Group gyms are like this but I suspect we get out what we put into the gym also so if the staff put in a lot, the customers do also and everyone does their part any place is a good place when everyone is on the same wavelength.
Great gym. Excellent value for money! Trainers are fantastic and always available if needed. Classes are brilliant particularly Sunday morning rebalance with Freya. One improvement would be if other members tidied up after themselves (not affected my rating as this is a small few).
Great gym and lovely instructors. I particularly enjoy the rebalance class with Freya. She explains everything very clearly and if you are unable to do a certain pose or stretch gives you an alternative to suit your personal needs.
Excellent group training, excellent classes, staff are fab & approach able nothing is to much for them, clean, plenty of equipment & a nice atmosphere
Excellent managers, very interactive 👍 Equipment excellent, facilities good for the price, parking very convenient. Only 3 stars due to the ludicrous temperature - in winter it's so cold due to the blasting freezing aircon I've had to even put a scarf and ski gloves on. As soon as it warms up the temperature is turned down lower which makes the juxtaposition between nice weather outside and the painfully cold gym temperature even more overt. All staff wear layers to survive their shifts and the only people who seem to enjoy the disastrous freezing temperature are teen egoists (look at me look at me look at me) or the poor larger misguided folk who push themselves to breaking point with fever-inducing cardio, presuming this will help them lose weight, rather than the simpler option of not eating the entire fridge of it's contents on a daily basis. Shame, as I really want to enjoy my gym experience more, as mentioned, managers are excellent and staff (most of them) are friendly.
