I had one of the worst experiences with this repair shop, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away. I brought my laptop in for a simple charging port repair with the promise that it would be fixed the next day. I made it clear that I needed it urgently, as I had a critical final assignment due in 4 days for my master’s degree. Day after day, they kept calling me back with excuses. The first time, they told me the laptop wasn’t turning on after their "fix." They assured me they would sort it out the following day, but the same story repeated – no fix, no progress. By the time they finally gave it back to me, it was after my submission deadline! This delay potentially caused me to fail my degree. To make matters worse, when I went to collect the laptop the day before the deadline, they handed it to me with the keyboard not working. They claimed they would fix it but dragged the process on unnecessarily. After all this, they still demanded the full price originally quoted, with almost no willingness to negotiate. When I tried to reason with them, they even threatened to damage my laptop to its prior condition! In the end, they reduced a very small amount, which felt more like an insult than compensation for the stress, delays, and the severe impact on my academic performance. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and downright unethical. I cannot stress enough how much I regret trusting them with my laptop. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Absolutely amazing cut. The location was so handy as my office was 2 minutes away and the shop is spotless. Ercan was extremely professional, quick and confident and nailed what I asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Been a few times now and satisfied every time. Always a welcoming atmosphere. Most recently had a cut from Saed who did an excellent job, with impressive attention to detail. And the hot towel at the end was the icing on the cake. Would recommend
