I promise you this is the best optician you will ever go to. The customer service is excellent. They will give you service that you will not get anywhere else. I will always be going back to them. Hafsa, Aneesa and Thana are so friendly and helpful. I could not thank them enough from helping me pick my glasses to fitting me in last minute for an appointment and to helping me pick the perfect contact lenses. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this eye centre! The optometrists are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I cannot wait to visit them again for my next eye test :)

ZERO!! I really wish I had the option to rate them zero stars! This person is engaging in scaming activities, attempting to sell eye drops and pressuring customers into purchasing eye glasses, even if customers don't like any of the available frames. My suggestion is to stay away of this shop and instead visit Spec Savers. Any SpecSavers will offer superior service, thanks to their modern testing equipment and highly qualified professionals, if you still want to harm your eyes and dont bother of your hard earn money then good luck to you. 05/07/2023 - Edit after the reply from the eye centre - You dont see my record your list?? then why you call me every year and ask to visit for test? this is even frustrating how you still defending, deep down you know how you do and ask yourself how you oprate.. I hope this review will let you know people are not that fool as you think and raise awareness.
Based solely on the strength of other Google reviews, I decided to give this place a try for my eye test. I'm so glad I did. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I was most impressed, however, by the efficiency and clarity of the optician who did my eye test. The examination was thorough, everything was clearly explained, and all my questions were answered without any confusing jargon. With integrity in increasingly short supply these days, I particularly appreciated their honesty that I didn't need to buy glasses this time as it would only make a fraction of a difference [unlike Vision Express who, in the past, have essentially shafted me by selling me glasses with gimmicks that I just didn't need]. An all-round great opticians whom I highly recommend.
Wow!! I'm so happy I went here! What a team they are! I've been worried about a couple of episodes of blurred vision and I've come away feeling re-assured. Such a thorough eye check and the optition and staff were amazing. Thank you so much guys. Cathy 😊
