I am extremely grateful for this company and their above and beyond service. We had a 3 piece suit, a Ted Baker jumpsuit, and a very special dress, that belonged to my mother, that was handmade for her a while back. The pick up and delivery were smooth but I must admit when I handed the items to the gentleman, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to tell him how delicate my mother's dress was and kind of hoped for the best. Well, the best did arrive today when, apart from delivering an impeccable suit and jumpsuit he also delivered my mother's dress back in absolute pristine condition. As it was handmade, there was no label for guidance and they had to hand-wash it but on top of that, they managed to straighten the slightly bent half moons that decorate it and somehow make it more sparkling! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman but I thank him and his staff and will definitely return for future service.
I am visiting from Spain and splashed my dress on a night out. They managed to make it look like new. They were also super quick as I am traveling! Very happy with the result, thank you ☺️

This was my first time using the service which is what has particularly amazed me , so I know they did not help me because I was a known customer. They went ABOVE and beyond to help me. I went in at 5pm on Monday evening and explained that I needed to dry clean a blazer urgently, as soon as he saw it was a school blazer, the gentleman asked me when the child was resuming and I answered with embarrassment ‘on Wednesday morning ’. He then said don’t worry I will get it ready for you. I went in Tuesday evening and it was ready for me . He helped me fold it into two in order to aid easy travel. I would have given more stars if I could. This is definitely going to be my new Drcleaners and I 100% recommend them.
