I am extremely grateful for this company and their above and beyond service. We had a 3 piece suit, a Ted Baker jumpsuit, and a very special dress, that belonged to my mother, that was handmade for her a while back. The pick up and delivery were smooth but I must admit when I handed the items to the gentleman, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to tell him how delicate my mother's dress was and kind of hoped for the best. Well, the best did arrive today when, apart from delivering an impeccable suit and jumpsuit he also delivered my mother's dress back in absolute pristine condition. As it was handmade, there was no label for guidance and they had to hand-wash it but on top of that, they managed to straighten the slightly bent half moons that decorate it and somehow make it more sparkling! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman but I thank him and his staff and will definitely return for future service.
This the first time after several recommendations. I am impressed at the professional service, standards and most of all my dresses came back to me in the same condition I bought them! Definitely at the top of my list and 5 star plus.
I always have amazing quality results every time I pick up my clothes from The Dry Cleaning Co., even for stains that are hard to come off. Customer service is superb and they are open every day, so it’s very convenient. I will keep coming here for anything that my clothes may need.
