I am extremely grateful for this company and their above and beyond service. We had a 3 piece suit, a Ted Baker jumpsuit, and a very special dress, that belonged to my mother, that was handmade for her a while back. The pick up and delivery were smooth but I must admit when I handed the items to the gentleman, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to tell him how delicate my mother's dress was and kind of hoped for the best. Well, the best did arrive today when, apart from delivering an impeccable suit and jumpsuit he also delivered my mother's dress back in absolute pristine condition. As it was handmade, there was no label for guidance and they had to hand-wash it but on top of that, they managed to straighten the slightly bent half moons that decorate it and somehow make it more sparkling! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman but I thank him and his staff and will definitely return for future service.

Amazing service, very friendly and helpful. Never really used a dry cleaners before and they put me at ease and helped me out massively getting my suit ready for a funeral. I never post reviews online but wanted to express my gratitude to this company for going above and beyond. I have a beautiful silk Zimmermann dress that I had managed to ruin leaving black lines/marks all down the front, which didn’t initially resolve after multiple dry cleans. They discussed different options with me including alternative wet cleaning solutions which i decided to go ahead with and it came out perfectly. Dress looks perfect and ready to wear again.
