Fantastic service, very friendly, carpets came up brand new, Ian worked very hard to get a really rough stain out, they smell amazing and were dry before he’d even left! Will definitely use Ian again in the future and will be recommending him.
Ian was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to messages quickly, and it was easy to to get a price and book an appointment. He sent a polite reminder the day before, and on the day, kept me informed what time he would arrive. He’s a man who clearly enjoys and takes pride in what he does, and uses only the best equipment to get the job done. It was nice that he explained the process as he went along, and the carpet now looks brand new again, and smells fresh!
I have had my carpets cleaned today by Ian and I would highly recommend, From messaging to book my appointment and them letting me know requirements before arriving, the service was excellent and Ian was lovely and really helpful. Wow!! Is all I can say Ian came to clean two bedrooms stairs and landing and all I can say is wow! My carpets are back to being/looking brand new again. All the kit it’s the best about carpets dried before he’s even left me house carpets smelling lovely with the products he uses.
