Ian was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to messages quickly, and it was easy to to get a price and book an appointment. He sent a polite reminder the day before, and on the day, kept me informed what time he would arrive. He’s a man who clearly enjoys and takes pride in what he does, and uses only the best equipment to get the job done. It was nice that he explained the process as he went along, and the carpet now looks brand new again, and smells fresh!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment and get booked in. Ian arrived on time, easy and friendly to chat with and explained the process of what he was going to do, along with a few tips on what not to do with carpet stains in future that are great. The carpets have been brought back to life, look fresh and like new again, and were dry before he left. Great service from a great fella, highly recommend and will certainly use him again. Thank you
