I have had my carpets cleaned today by Ian and I would highly recommend, From messaging to book my appointment and them letting me know requirements before arriving, the service was excellent and Ian was lovely and really helpful. The carpets looked amazing straight away and were dried quickly. My carpets look like brand new, thank you so much to The Carpet Man Wigan and family.
Wow!! Is all I can say Ian came to clean two bedrooms stairs and landing and all I can say is wow! My carpets are back to being/looking brand new again. All the kit it’s the best about carpets dried before he’s even left me house carpets smelling lovely with the products he uses. Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment and get booked in. Ian arrived on time, easy and friendly to chat with and explained the process of what he was going to do, along with a few tips on what not to do with carpet stains in future that are great. The carpets have been brought back to life, look fresh and like new again, and were dry before he left. Great service from a great fella, highly recommend and will certainly use him again. Thank you
