This could potentially be worthy of 5 stars. The room was great in terms of a fully stocked bathroom with walk in shower, the bed was also very comfortable. The pub downstairs is also great value for money and does lovely food. I was on the 1st floor and the downside was the noise, particularly from outside. You can hear noise from the pub below, but obviously this stops as soon as the pub shuts, the outside nose from people and vehicles doesn't. If there was a way to improve the outside noise filtering into the rooms I would definitely come back.

We had a great experience here. I would definitely recommend. Lovely clean room and bathroom. The room was quite warm as it was very sunny but you can adjust the thermostat in your room and you're even provided a fan which was great. We got a great deal for 2 nights and breakfasts included. The breakfast was good. We got dinner there one night and that was nice too. The most memorable part of our stay was the lovely staff, especially Harry. He was full of chat and laughter and gave us some great recommendations of what we could do. Even the other customers of the bar were lovely. Great location, walkable distance to everything and only a train away from Manchester airport.
The room was great for spending some time in Manchester, so was the staff. I also really liked the breakfast and the premises. Only drawback is that there wasn’t an elevator.
Little bit disappointing to be honest, paid for deluxe king room only to be given the smallest room ever with a view of a wall Bad bits - Not enough space to even get around the bed Bathroom absolutely stunk of stagnant water/sewerage Doors not closing properly either and had to slam it to close it off. Good bits -Amazing location for AO Areana -good price for Manchester -nice standard finish to rooms and bathroom -very comfy bed Staff were nice but abit uninterested. Breakfast was okay, breakfast coffee only Nescafe sachets Wouldn't stay again sorry
