I attended my first session today at The Back Clinic. From the minute I even booked the appointment to the minute I left was a polite, relaxed, professional & reassuring experience. The ladies on reception were very welcoming. Adam, my chiropractor was welcoming, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I am personally a very logical person so I love to know and I feel more relaxed when I know how things work. Adam was very thorough with his explanations, detailed the reason why he was doing each examination which ultimately give more insight into why my back was not at its best than I had in the last 5 years under a GP. My top priority goal for attending the practice was actually reassurance, even from only 1 session I can now see the road to recovery. Thank you all
Brilliant service. from my very first visit, I was impressed. I've suffered with lower back pain and neck pain for years. On my first visit, Dr. George went through my consultation. My second visit was a breakdown of his findings and treatment plan. Everything was extremely detailed and very interesting. After my first treatment, I can already feel a difference my mobility has improved I'm sleeping better highly recommend the Back clinic. They are amazing!!
My treatment began with a thorough evaluation, including health assessment and x-rays. It then moved on to a series of treatments and a further assessment to check progress. Dr Federica was professional, knowledgable, friendly and caring throughout the 12 week period. The clinic staff are consistently friendly, pleasant and kind. When I first arrived I was struggling to walk or stand for long without a great deal of back pain. I’m now able to hike again for hours at a time with no pain whatsoever! The treatment has changed my life. It feels like a miracle to me - after years of physio/massage which made little or no difference - I can finally be free to get on with enjoying my life again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
