I attended my first session today at The Back Clinic. From the minute I even booked the appointment to the minute I left was a polite, relaxed, professional & reassuring experience. The ladies on reception were very welcoming. Adam, my chiropractor was welcoming, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I am personally a very logical person so I love to know and I feel more relaxed when I know how things work. Adam was very thorough with his explanations, detailed the reason why he was doing each examination which ultimately give more insight into why my back was not at its best than I had in the last 5 years under a GP. My top priority goal for attending the practice was actually reassurance, even from only 1 session I can now see the road to recovery. Thank you all
From start to finish the service was excellent. The ladies on reception were really friendly and helpful and Xandra was clear and professional as always. They have resolved issues with my neck before and I'm sure she will do the same with my spine. Returning customer. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent team from front desk to Dr Armitage. Felt a very welcoming atmosphere soon as I walked in. Dr Armitage was very welcoming, and very pleased to be able to share his knowledge in order to help. We went through what my issue was, good listening skills, how it happened and what I was expecting to achieve. Also went through some historical events that might have led to my issue. The session carried on with some assessments and some imaging for a deeper understanding of the situation. Looking forward for the next session and hear more about how we can improve my wellbeing.
