It took me a while to make my decision in joining the Strength Hub Oldham. Now I can proudly say, I made the best decision. This place is not a joke, it's a team of dedicated trainers and friendly participants. Everyone is welcoming. I have trained with them for 5 weeks, couldn't complete my 6 weeks quota due to Eid and family commitments. But I have managed to lose almost 3 inches around my waist. Strength Hub is definitely not your conventional gym. It’s team of coaches who really care about your progress. They are supportive, motivating and a good laugh; exactly what you need to help hit your health and fitness goals without feeling like you’re losing the will live! Give them a try, you’ve got nothing to lose except weight if that’s what you want or gain lean muscle mass. I wanted to get stronger whilst shedding some weight and the scales and my clothes are telling me that I have in just 6 weeks! I’m not saying I’m where I want to be… yet, but I’m definitely heading in the right direction. Be prepared for some great workouts and a community of like minded people. Thank you guys

The Strength Hub is amazing. It’s NOT an ordinary gym, far from it. It’s fully PT instructor led training with mr motivator skills chucked in the mix. All sessions/classes are structured and you choose whether you go into the lean for toning and losing weight or strong for building muscle. Each session is pre planned and you are shown how to use equipment safely and how to maximise effectiveness. Everyone has a diet nutrition plan with tailored macros and access to a very useful nutrition app which helps to plan daily diets with meal guides etc. No posers in this gym and nobody hogging the weights. Everyone is very friendly and the club has a very active social circle. I did the six week challenge to get myself back on track following injuries and to re motivate myself. I lost 8lbs, gained muscle and toned up in the process. Well worth it. Credit and thanks to Mark, Ollie/Callum and Josh. PS. Sorry for the long read….just get yourself booked on! 😁💪
