Ellie was absolutely amazing! We just completed on our first property last month and Ellie work so hard to get it done in such a short time. Her communication was second to none! She was very responsive to all our emails and believe me there was many! Very quick to get back to us about anything we asked. The law firm in general has great communication as well they are quick to answer phone calls and direct you to the right person. I genuinely recommend anyone looking a for anything related to solicitors to give Stratford solicitors a try! You won’t be disappointed I assure you.

I’m so grateful for everything Helen has done for us with buying and selling our home. It was a very chaotic few months but would have been lost without her. What an amazing service she provided us with and guided us through everything. With everything we had to deal with she made us feel so at ease and was always at the other end of a phone/email. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to buy or sell there home. Such an amazing service and amazing person!

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Helen at Stratford’s as our conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our house, and we honestly couldn’t be more thankful for everything she did. Our sale wasn’t the easiest – we had quite a few bumps along the way – but Helen handled every challenge with such calmness and confidence, it felt like nothing could faze her. No matter what issue popped up, she took it all in her stride and kept things moving. There were moments when we thought it might all fall apart, but Helen somehow made the impossible possible. She has an amazing ability to stay cool under pressure and come up with solutions quickly to prevent more delays. This was in stark contrast to our buyer’s solicitors and their buyer’s solicitors who were incredibly slow and problematic. It showed us the importance of picking the right firm to handle your house sale or it can turn into a total nightmare! Her communication was fantastic throughout, always keeping us in the loop and explaining things in a way that made sense (even when we were overwhelmed). She never made us feel like any question was too small, and she was always there when we needed her. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients.
