By far the best Opticians I have ever used. The entire team deliver exceptional customer service and the range of exciting glasses matches the skill with which advice and reassurance is given. They also offer the encouragement to move beyond your usual comfort zone when selecting frames. Overall a fantastic experience.
The expertise and customer care that this opticians gives is second to none. They are there to help Look after your eyesight and not to make a profit out of products etc like some others do. My family has always gone to them and they spotted my mums glaucoma that early that the eye hospital she went to were very impressed. They also don’t do that awful blowing your eye test !! They offer the OCT scan which can check many other health aspects. Would highly recommend
Previously had eye tests at one of the big name opticians, wanted to try an independent one near home. I remembered my late mum going to Stotts many years ago, so thought I would try the one at Swinton. The shop has just been refurnished and it looks lovely. Excellent service, being an independent, the service given seemed more personal. They were friendly and very efficient. Will definitely going back to them for my next eye test in two years time. If you want an independent opticians with more of a personal touch then try Stotts, I don't think you will be disappointed.
I went to Stotts after a recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. From the initial consultation and eye test I felt looked after. I was helped by the staff in choosing the right frame for my face and they explained the different grades of varifocal lenses available to me. I had previously had a bad experience with varifocals from one of the high street chains. The ones available at Stotts are a hundred times better. The staff at Stotts are excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
