The saying goes you get what you pay for, I have used numerous opticians in the past and my glasses have been ok, or so I thought! The quality and the lenses have given me such a clearer vision, bifocals set at the correct height for what I need on a daily basis and to work on my laptop are brilliant. Considering my eye test wasn’t much different to my last one the glasses have made a significant impact for me. The customer service is great, professional and friendly from beginning to end Will definitely return to Stotts.
What a great experience for my mum, who has glaucoma & stents in place. Stotts were able to help my mum see a lot better than she has been able to of late, which is fantastic. The optometrist, Martin, was patient, kind and very thorough. The front of house team was amazing too, helping my mum select the best glasses. They were very friendly and ensured she was happy with everything before she came away. Excellent service, very well recommended.
By far the best Opticians I have ever used. The entire team deliver exceptional customer service and the range of exciting glasses matches the skill with which advice and reassurance is given. They also offer the encouragement to move beyond your usual comfort zone when selecting frames. Overall a fantastic experience.

Took my daughter who’s 3 for her eyes tested Martin made her laugh and made it fun he was great, Amanda then helped her choose the frame that was right for her face and made her feel super special but all the staff were amazing with her , when we collected her glasses she was given a Easter hamper of goodies, Great opticians great staff. Will definitely be back again thanks so much
