Previously had eye tests at one of the big name opticians, wanted to try an independent one near home. I remembered my late mum going to Stotts many years ago, so thought I would try the one at Swinton. The shop has just been refurnished and it looks lovely. Excellent service, being an independent, the service given seemed more personal. They were friendly and very efficient. Will definitely going back to them for my next eye test in two years time. If you want an independent opticians with more of a personal touch then try Stotts, I don't think you will be disappointed.
From walking into the Swinton shop to book my appointment, and walking out of the shop with my new pair of glasses, was a fantastic experience. All members of staff treated me with respect, with their expertise they found me new frames that look wonderful on me. I would recommend Stotts Optician without hesitation. Thank goodness I went to Stotts. The staff were fantastic. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I’ve had several health issues since COVID so rarely go out. Thanks to them I now have prescription glasses. My headaches have gone and I’m enjoying reading again. They diagnosed a small cataract which they will continue to monitor. So I am very thankful for their hard work and support. I was embarrassed when I looked at the cost of glasses, but they helped me with a reasonable pair which my grand children informed me make me look trendy at 69
