Response to the reply below: I may have been negative because you were running about 20 mins late. You then started pushing unnecessary treatment plans on me. You gave unsolicited advice which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. If I needed nutrition tips I will go to a trained nutritionist not my chiropractor. Have been looking for a chiropractor since I moved. Have seen various over the years (moved a lot) and this was easily the worst. Like all chiropractors there is an initial consultation, this was really intense and felt quite invasive with the questions, there was a small amount of treatment. As a bit of background, I am fit and well but occasionally get some lower back pain. They then book you in for a “diagnosis” appointment which just feels way too much and like they’re trying to add things to your problems totally unnecessarily. He said he wanted to see me every week! Total con and just money grabbing, even as a preventative measure once a month should be fine. I don’t even have a severe issue. The treatment was excruciating, far too firm, wants to use cracking, and rather than leaving feeling any type of relief, feel like all my muscles are in pain. Horrendous experience and will be just going back to my old chiro and travelling.
Zyren has been treating me for 5 weeks. I have a lot of neck and lower back issues and so far the adjustments are working and I feel much better than the deep tissue sports massages I was getting somewhere else. I honestly look forward to the weekly sessions.

Zyren, Rose & the rest of the team are amazing. I started a few months ago with serious back pain. After a few sessions with Zyren started to ease & after a sports massage with Rose it really started to dissipate. I am now 99% pain free 99% of the time. No quick fixes here, you need a good few sessions to get where you need to be. X-rays were taken & I was shock atbthe state of my neck, even though the pain was in my back. I had the nervous system explained & each adjustment was explained as to why it needed to be done. I now attend every 3/4 weeks instead of 3 times a week.
After trying to get help, unsuccessfully for Vestibular Migraines and horrible neck pain since a nasty fall, 9 months ago, from many, many different experts, I finally found Andrew Jackson and his team and after being assessed, and a few different plans offered me, I instantly knew I had come to the right place. The best thing is they don't just treat your misalignments, but they treat the reason they happened and keep happening, by working on rewiring the software in your control center (brain). After only three weeks of seeing them, my daily, totally disabling vestibular symptoms have all but gone, and my horrible, 'permanent' arthritic neck pain, a bad memory. Andrew begin by doing a thorough physical assessment, and finding all my imbalances and weaknesses. He then ordered an x-ray of my neck, so he knew what he was dealing with. Next up was a couple of eye assessments to find out what was going on in my brain. I was then presented with a plan of action and very reasonable package for six months of regular treatment to save me hundreds of pounds. I have been given lots of eye exercises etc to strengthen the weak areas of my brain that are misfiring, and I am sure they are key to my horrific vestibular symptoms so rapidly diminishing. Also, I have never had someone treat me with such understanding and care, which I appreciate so much, being a very sensitive, challenging patient. I can wholeheartedly recommend the whole team. Do yourself a favour and let them make you into the best version of yourself. I no longer need to take the daily painkillers, and I am weaned off the drug the hospital put me on for the migraines🥳
