Some years ago I developed a problem with my lower back and was in agony. I took tablets which masked the pain but didn’t solve the problem. I then tried chiropractic treatment and over time with spinal adjustments the pain began to ease and movement was restored. I have never looked back and continue to have regular adjustments along with exercise to help maintain good posture. Definitely works for me.
I have been receiving Chiropractic Care from this team for over 10 years now. The NHS won't care for you with chronic conditions. You have to find it yourself. I have found it. Whole body care, kept me running and cycling.

I am currently under the care of Zyren Abude and during the plan that I am coming to the end, I cannot express the positive difference in my lower back.
