This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and professional, setting a great tone for the stay. When I got to my room, I was pleased to find all the amenities I needed—the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The location was excellent, with on-site parking available, and the room itself was fantastic. I especially loved the view and the peaceful atmosphere—it was perfect for my solo trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be including StayCity in my go-to hotel options whenever I’m in Manchester
We arrived weary after a significant drive and Darya greeted us. She went above and beyond and was so lovely. The rooms were spotless and the apartment is well equipped. The location is fantastic. Parking was an extract £16 per night which isn’t too bad for the city centre. The only complaint I would have is that there was only two couch type chairs in the sitting room so not enough for the four of us but it’s a very minor gripe. Will book again without hesitation.
We stayed here overnight after watching the Wiggles at the Apollo. The men on reception were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. We stayed with three young children and everything was so easy and smooth thanks to the excellent service here. The room was spotless, extremely spacious and contained everything we could possibly need. It was also excellent value for money. Would definitely return and I am already trying to find an excuse to come back to Manchester just to stay here!
Excellent location being no more than 100m from the station. Staff helpful.and useful luggage store available too. Room was clean and light. Only negative was a stained towel.
Directly above Piccadilly station so extremely easy to get to from off the train. Rooms are large, super clean and come with everything you could possibly need from dishwasher to hair dryer. Good quality curtains, exceptionally quiet and a lovely comfy bed ensured we had a great couple of nights sleep. The staff here are amazing - very friendly and helpful. I particularly loved the quirky signs around the hotel and apartments that made me chuckle more than once. I will definitely stay here again when I come up for another gig - highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
