I discovered Station Rd opticians through looking for stockists of Lindberg frames. I was due a new pair of glasses and an eye test, and I like a quirky colourful frame that fits well. It was very easy to book an eye test and a stylist consultation online. I got a quick reply to confirm my appointments. I have a petite face and find it difficult to get frames that fit well, let alone a choice of frames. Station Rd has a wide choice of designer frames from exciting European brands. There was far more than I thought, hidden away in all those drawer cabinets. Beth was my “stylist” who asked me my likes and dislikes, and she handpicked the frames for me to try on. She even added the odd suggestion which was out of my “comfort zone”. I said “no red” and she chose a two tone pair of Theo frames, with purple and red, which I wouldn’t have necessarily picked off the shelf - but the colours just worked and the style really suited me. I had to come back a week later for a little fitting tweak (thank you Adam). The Wilmslow sister store also has an amazing selection of frames. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and you are under no pressure. A very good experience, thank you 😎
Great service,. Professional and friendly. Everything from the welcome and offer of a coffee to genuine help with choosing frames made me feel valued. The eye exam was thorough, well explained and reassuring. And when the new glasses arrived they were already fitted to my size, so no waiting for ages for major adjustments , just a few tweaks needed. As a long term glasses wearer, really loved that.
I now have 6 pairs of Theo frames in my glasses wardrobe thanks to the recent Trunk show at Station Road Opticians. It's my favourite brand, I get so many positive comments from complete strangers and it's thanks to the expert advice, encouragement and excellent customer service from the staff at Station Road make this possible. I've been a customer for many years and absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. I 💯% recommend!
Superb place, totally nailed it again . Another great selection of beautiful specs. Kate has such a great eye (!!!) for what suits me best so much so I left with 2 pairs this time!!!! What a relaxing experience. I can highly recommend and , if you don’t find anything to suit, there is no pressure to buy at all, professionalism at its best.
