This was my second pair of glasses which I purchased through Station Road. What can I say….I absolutely love my new spectacles. The advice, professionalism and personal touch afforded by both Kate and Beth was invaluable. Great customer service, lovely friendly staff and it was a very pleasurable experience. I had the benefit of exemplary service today It was a comprehensive follow up to see if I had any sight repercussions following a medical episode. I had a thorough assessment. I was left reassured and relieved after a professional and extensive set of examinations. Danny and Kate were each professional, caring and sympathetic. You made your customer feel comfortable and grateful Like I say exemplary.
I needed some glasses fixed and found these guys on google. I dropped them a WhatsApp and Beth messaged back to say I could bring them in. She responded in a few minutes and was great. Took them down and Beth and her colleagues persisted despite it not being easy and they managed to do it. She also didn’t charge me. She was fantastic. Thank you Beth and the team.
I popped in to Station Road Opticians today to ask if my sunglasses could possibly be repaired. Adam was so friendly and helpful and fixed them there and then. Would definitely recommend and I will be back for my next set of reading glasses.
