Excellent service from start to finish. Kevin was helpful during the consultation, quick to respond to messages and kept us updated throughout the project. This involved removal of a skip load of gravel, removal of existing lawn and turfing a new one with difficult access via stairs to a raised garden. He worked hard with his colleague to get the job done to a high standard despite battling against constant downpours! In Spring 2017 Neil and Kevin started to transform our front and rear gardens from the “pebble beach” and “gravel pit” that existed when we bought our bungalow the year before. It was a big job but, working to an agreed timetable to which (weather permitting!) they stuck, they completed it to our full satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have them working with us, not just for us, so that our ideas could be turned into the practical and pleasant reality we now have.
I recently used Kevin and Neil to tackle a problem I had in my back garden. The garden was flooding after heavy rain, and was causing me a fair bit of stress. I rang Kevin and he was very helpful. He had all the time in the world for me and suggested putting in a drain and raising the level of the garden. I have to admit l was very impressed with Kevin. He was very professional, friendly and helpful and even suggested work l could do myself. I decided to go with Kevin and Neil, and was glad l did. They turned up on time, worked extremely hard, and kept me updated regularly. I would definitely recommend using Kevin and Neil and would use them again in a heartbeat.
Kevin and Neil are great at what they do and it shows in their work. They can always answer any questions you have, no matter how simple or complex, and can go into as much detail as you like which is great. This gave us massive confidence when choosing our landscaper, as they gave us full disclosure on the steps they would take and why and how much it might cost (simliar to what we saw on their website). They work around and listen to what you need, and will advise you based on their expertise. They helped us in our new build to completely design and landscape our back garden start to finish and we are very happy. It might have taken a while to get an audience as they are quite in demand, but it was 100% worth the wait.
Our garden was a mess as decking near kitchen had rotted. Neil came and come up with idea of lifting all original Indian stone and redesigned garden with new layout, circle and gravel. No extra flags were needed. Neil and Kevin worked so hard and so helpful. Turned up on time when they said and meticulous in every aspect of their work. We highly recommend these two young men. If you want a job doing right and perfect, these are the men for you. You just may need to wait for their services as they are so popular. Thank you Kevin and Neil for everything you did in our garden. We look forward to our front garden being done by you in the future.
