RE: Urmston Branch. I hadn't heard of Specscart, but my daughter used and recommended them. I have just picked up my new glasses and I am very pleased with them. The optician and shop staff were very helpful and friendly. The frames are stylish and very reasonably priced compared to the main high street opticians. Overall very good experience.

Giving a deserved and sincerely earned 5 stars. Customer service is above any expectations you may have. Cost savings at this opticians is better than online glasses purchasing, although if online is how you purchase then they have that as well. I selected glasses online that I decided I didn't like when they arrived. They exchanged them without question. Reglazing of another set of glasses was complete in less than a day. The customer services representatives eat sleep and breath glasses and our passionate about helping people. Nothing is to much trouble. Glasses fit perfect. They do fit them for you, stopping nose sliding, falling off and crookedness etc. Regarding quality it's inlign with the best there is on the high st and online. Feels expensive without the big price tags. On a high street shop visit to this opticians there was no hard sell and they were thoughtfully helpful in selecting glasses.
