I drove from Hull to Bury to try and get my prescription sorted from a different company. I'd ordered some glasses online from here and they were brilliant. So I thought I'd see how they are for an eye test since mine wasn't working out for me. I was blown away by their customer service and care. Nothing was too much for them. I had another eye test with the optician who was lovely and it's possibly the height of my glasses. I ordered some sunglasses whilst I was there, too. I highly recommend this company and their customer service.

The range of glasses available is varied, with very good quality and design within affordable prices. The optician was professional and took her time to discuss my prescription. Lee was very helpful and friendly when taking the measurements of the glasses. What a pleasant surprise we had when we booked our first ever eye test appointment at Specscart in Walkden. We could not fault the service we received from walking through the door to the eye test and selection of glasses. Very speedy arrival of our glasses and excellent service on making sure we were happy with them before leaving the premises. The range of glasses were varied and super trendy, would have no problem recommending to others and such a reasonable cost. Making an eye test appointment on line was easy. The appointment at the Walkden site was on time and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy and no rush to make choices. The prescription was ready in just a few days and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Went with my mum to get her glasses. Access to the shop was very good with the ramp as it’s difficult for her to climb stairs. The customer service was absolutely amazing.
