I booked an appointment on the 9/01/25. From the moment I walked in the store, and from when I stepped out I was treated with so much respect, kindness and fantastic customer service. The brilliant service was consistent throughout the whole process. Shout out to Courtney, Aisha.S, and Antonio and the whole team. Will definitely be going back and looking forward to seeing the team again.
Offering far too many appointments than they can manage. They ask people to come in 10 minutes before the appointment but then make them wait for over 30 mins. Once seen however, service is good and much improved from previous experiences.
Aisha was really friendly, and offered me useful advice, and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Muhammad, helped me pick the right glasses to suit my face, and was friendly and funny. Gerado made the whole experience delightful and was funny.
