The staff is very friendly. The eye test went smoothly, and I received a detailed and comprehensive analysis. When it came to choosing glasses, I was well-consulted. Muhammad was patient, helpful, and made the decision much easier.
I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers - Manchester Fort getting my new glasses! I hadn't had my eyes tested for ages so was feeling quite nervous, but the team there put me at ease straight away. They did a thorough and fantastic job of testing my eyes and listening to my whole history before giving me a prescription. And I love my new glasses!
Took my little boy into specksavers where Matt helped me as my little boy needed different glasses to the ones in store due to medical reasons. He was so helpful with ordering and got them to store as soon as possible. Was so pleased with the glasses. unacceptably mistreat , abusive ,humiliated by female store manger who name janet . i've been loyal , respectable , polite customer over 4 years and get along well most of lovely staffs However store manger who name Janet closed down my contact lends contract for ''Retaliation '' which i made complaint about her 19th June , i drop into store to request my contact lends payment next month but unlucky some staff told me that i need to discuss with janet , i already feel intimidated by her , intimidating vibe which threat ton of voice previously. but i did not made formal complaint Again on 19th june she was point out her really sharp , long finger to me , yelling at me consistently over nothing during the conversation i was really shocking , scared . so I requested her to stop point finger to me . i feel full of fear with her inappropriate behaviour i spoke with receptionist who Laura . regarding janet rudness , receptionist politely apologzied and made next contact lends eyes check appointment for me that my next appt is 9th July on 4th July specsavors phoned me that they closed down my account in light of my abusive issue ???... i just dumbfound by unacceptably defamation , gaslighting , harassing remark i would like to speak with other male manger but they said that don't want to put through even he in office i drop into store afternoon, on date i would like to speak with other manger receptionist kindly said to me that waiting in lobby , so i sat down, waiting other male manger janet come up to me that should leave store , so i said that no . im waiting other manger , janet grab a security soon, honestly i need a security for the sake of my safety . i spoke with security man regarding my complaint about store manger janet , even security man really understand my point of view . i feel more reassuring by security man show up In a nut shell Defamation , gaslighting , abusive by one of female store manger , janet it is really take toll on me Furthermore she closed down my contact lends contract account for RETALIATION That is unacceptable which breach of customer right . P.s unacceptable harssing letter to my address . issue on 4th July . letter said that You are banned from specavers manchester fort . '' you behaviour on 19th June 2024 onwards at our store was unacceptable . ... zero tolerance abuse policy '' ----- that is really harassing , abusive letter ------ on 5th july . i already contact to citizen advice burea regarding your store abusive , discriminatory abuse
