I attended an eye test at Spec Savers Manchester Arndale Centre. The Optician I saw was extremely professional, providing a real clear and detailed explanation on my vision and changes. I had a referral from ‘CUES’ as I had soreness, redness and my eye had been watering for 24hrs. I rang to get an appointment, which was referred to an optician. The optician recommended and eye test… for an inflamed eye. It just so happened that this would also be a chargeable appointment. I have ended up going to the eye hospital. As this is my regular options I am very disappointed. Atrocious service.
It's been about 2 or 3 months since I had 2 glasses done. And simply one of the glasses, the lens is cracked inside. And simply you want to charge me £40 to replace one of the lenses that it's not my fault to have cracked inside. I have another glasses made with you and I wore them for about 2 years and I didn't have any problems. And this time you just didn't look for a solution to my problem.
