Absolutely shambles of a Specsavers as they cannot book you in for an appointment without messing up the time. They told us to arrive on one day but the lady seemingly suffered from amnesia and booked me in for another time. When I called to clarify, an advisor told me yet a different time. It shouldn’t be this difficult to organise a simple booking.
The experience at the optician was wonderful; everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. Aseel, in particular, made the visit exceptional. She guided me through choosing the perfect frame and lens, offering valuable insights that made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and clear explanations helped me understand each step, from style considerations to lens options. I left feeling confident in my choice, thanks to her patience and expertise. It was truly a pleasure to be in such a warm and knowledgeable environment.
I have been going to specsavers for years, but I genuinely had one of the most lovely experiences at the arndale store with Marizha picking up some new glasses. She was so thoughtful, kind, and funny, and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She was very knowledgable and talked to me through the whole process, and my options so I felt informed about my choices, and knew what was going on. Genuinely one of the best sales experiences I’ve had in a long, long time!

From my call in the morning about contact lenses I was met with sass and attitude and pre coffee that’s not how I want to start my morning. She found me a pair of lenses to use and she literally was so lovely and patient and thanks to the discount I got myself a lovely cup of coffee after and could see the prices which I’m grateful for.
