Incompetent management!! I had a very disappointing experience at the Manchester Harpurhey Specsavers. My appointment was delayed without any communication, and I had to approach the store manager, Mr. Daz, to find out what was happening. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no explanation or apology. Despite eventually being told I could be seen, I had already wasted too much time and left feeling undervalued as a customer. Extremely poor service and unacceptable behaviour from the staff, especially the manager. Would not recommend this branch!
Had to arrange an emergency appointment today at Harpurhey. The staff were wonderful, helpful and did a thorough job examining my eyes. I would thoroughly recommend anyone going to this shop. Thank you so much for your kindness today.
Love my new glasses especially as they don't have the nose legs that normally dig in to my nose as my new glasses dosent have them. Staff are always really friendly and helpful
Most of the staff were nice and friendly though I think the prices of products there are expensive. I think the opticians there could do better by explaining the lenses they recommend
