I recently visited Specsavers in Harpurhey and had a wonderful experience. The lady who assisted me was incredibly friendly, sweet, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I also had the opportunity to pick up my new glasses, which I absolutely love. Though they were a bit pricey, I believe they are worth the investment. One thing that puzzled me was why the door at Specsavers in Harpurhey is always locked. Unlike the Specsavers in Middleton, which is always open, I assume it may be for safety reasons. Nonetheless, it didn't hinder my overall experience. Thank you, Specsavers, for providing me with excellent service and my new glasses. I highly recommend their friendly staff and quality products.
Most of the staff were nice and friendly though I think the prices of products there are expensive. I think the opticians there could do better by explaining the lenses they recommend
I attended Specsavers Harpurhey for an eye test after booking online the day before (which was very easy to do). Good service from arrival, all staff were friendly. For the additional £5, I would recommend the OCT scan. Optometrist Y Raja was great, taking the time to ask questions about my eyesight before the test and to explain the OCT scan results afterwards. An overall relaxed experience. They also recommended some gel eye drops worth trying for my dry eyes which have given some relief!
