Absolutely delighted with my large, cream lounge carpet cleaned excellently with minimum fuss. Very professional. Moved all furniture back into it's original place. Highly recommend.
I had my carpet cleaned in an attempt to remove a chemical stain which in the end couldn't be removed. I also had a rug cleaned and was told it would be back in 4-5 days, in the end it was away for 2 weeks. I ended up replacing the carpet and it looks like I will have to replace my rug as well, because when it came back it had a fold down the middle which I can't remove. In the end I spent £180 on the cleaning and I am arguably in a worse position than I started in, I'd avoid.
Recommended smile carpet cleaning. Professional and good communication, had a issue with the appt but got us booked in a few days later which wasn't too big of an issue. Our lounge carpet was partially destroyed by the sofa suppliers with what seemed to be like glue and mud /dirt. The gentlemen who came to clean the carpets did an excellent job. The carpet was cleaned efficiently and quickly. It was left smelling clean and fresh. We emptied the room to make it easier to clean which was a bit of hard work but made it easier in the end. Very much impressed
Brilliant service! Great customer service too beforehand/during and after completion. Our amtico flooring hadn’t been laid with the correct finish when we moved into our new build house so had been on the lookout for a specialist cleaner who could add the top layer that was missing - smile carpets didn’t disappoint Myself and neighbour both used them and they were nothing but professional and our floors look brand new! Thank you so much!
Damian came to clean our lounge furniture and did a great job. He was punctual, friendly and quick and provided us with information about the drying process (only 24 hours). We had our rug cleaned at the same time, and what a difference this made. I was planning on replacing it and now that will not be needed. I would highly recommend the Smile service and would commend the company for receptive and friendly communication.
