After reading good reviews about Smile Carpet Cleaning Services. I picked up the phone for a quote to have my Bedroom, Stairs, Landing and Through Down Stairs Lounge carpets cleaned. My call was greeted professionally and a quote provided . Impressed I went ahead and booked. I was advised by text of my confirmation booking and Mark kept in contact to advise he would be with us at 9am. I couldn't believe it was all pumped in and distributed back out with equipment direct from their van using none of our water nor electricity. What a great friendly very efficient gent he is. Nothing too much trouble,furniture moved by him, no mess left behind I was worried with it being a 3D carpet it wouldnt clean well and I am blown away by the results of not just the lounge but my Stairs landing and bedrooms carpets are INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING FULLY RECOMMEND.
I had my carpet cleaned in an attempt to remove a chemical stain which in the end couldn't be removed. I also had a rug cleaned and was told it would be back in 4-5 days, in the end it was away for 2 weeks. I ended up replacing the carpet and it looks like I will have to replace my rug as well, because when it came back it had a fold down the middle which I can't remove. In the end I spent £180 on the cleaning and I am arguably in a worse position than I started in, I'd avoid.
Third time using this company! This time 4 sofas cleaned. Absolutely brilliant job, sofa look like new! Peter who did the quote and arranged the appointment was excellent. Responsive and super helpful. Mark who did the cleaning was an absolute gent a delight to have in our home and a real professional. Can not recommend these guys more highly! I will be using them again!
