    Before beginning the treatment at this place, we confirmed “twice” with the advisor at the reception that the proposed treatment is “NHS treatment” and not a “private treatment”. This was necessary in our case as my dental insurance policy only covers “NHS treatment”. The advisor at the reception desk reiterated after confirming with other colleague that this is indeed an “NHS treatment”. After getting the assurance we decided to go ahead with the treatment that lasted over few months. After completing the treatment, I tried to reimburse the money using my insurance policy and they informed me that a full payment of the treatment can not be issued because this is not an “NHS treatment”. After this I called the dental practice again and this time the advisor told me that the treatment I underwent is classed as “non-essential treatment and not an NHS treatment”. This was completely opposite to what we were told at the beginning of the treatment. When I asked them why I was advised different before starting the treatment the advisor simply said it was not me who advised that. They simply shrug off their responsibility by saying oh you have signed the form! However, before signing the forms we did ask them twice to clarify if this was an NHS treatment or not and they did confirm that it’s an NHS treatment. This “U” turn from their side means that I cannot reimburse the treatment money. Not only that but the quality of the treatment itself was questionable. For example, during my first treatment which should have only lasted for 30 minutes (again that is the time advised by them) it took them over an hour to complete the treatment. The reason being lack of adequate equipment which they had to share between the different rooms in this practice. Not only that but the assistant had no clue of what equipment was being requested by the Dr. carrying out the surgery and hence was bringing in a different equipment every time. Completely unprofessional and misguiding service. Not recommended.

    Terrible service and management. If I could give 0 stars I would! Scheduled treatment with them, paid up front only to find out the dentist was not skilled enough to perform the treatment ( which took around 6 weeks of me chasing to confirm). Then had to wait around 5 months to get a refund of £150. I was told the delay is due to head office processes issues - which is unacceptable and frankly a poor excuse. There was no proactive support for my refund I had the call up once a week until I wore them down to process my refund. Even after this I was not given a full refund and staff seem to think they were doing me a favour by returning my money. Strongly recommend going elsewhere!

    Mohammed is an excellent dentist, he is very calm which automatically puts you at ease, he explains everything to you and make sure that you are not in any discomfort. I would give Mohammed 10 stars if they were 10 to give - thank you for always making my visits pleasant, I hated my previous visits.

    I have been misguided by your agent she said I am registered as NHS patient but I am not even practice clarify that .I asked that agent twice I want be registered as a NHS patient. When my husband applied to claim with his company they said it’s not NHS patient treatment . Now I called the surgery she is saying it’s between Nhs and private what does that mean . I am not under any plan. I have £350 now who will be responsible for .. I am going to put a bad review and complain against you . If you are private you don’t even have proper equipments when I had my RTC the assistant was looking for the equipment and then he went upstairs to get that, I was there with wide open mouth for more than 10 mins hope you know how it feels. If you don’t want to misguide and want to take better treatment don’t go for it … I will never recommend you .

    So pleased with this practice! Needed a filling for nearly 5 years but I’m a very nervous patient. Finally had it done today with the dentist Mohamed never felt so at ease going into the surgery. Would definitely recommend seeing Mohamed for any nervous patients!!!
