Saw a Dentist called Samira Mirzakhani, she was not very professional. She didn’t even check all my teeth or take an X-ray Within a few minutes she said I needed 3 filling and it would cost £50 a filling . I paid £25 for the so called check up. Thought I was NHS and the treatment would be at NHS rates of around £72.00 for all the fillings but apparently they have moved me into something called Essential which is similar to being a private patient. Not happy at all .
Wouldn't recommend, for almost 2 months I'm dealing with a wisdom tooth ache but they can't seem to help me. They keep giving me antibiotics and when they have given me an appointment for extraction with another dentist that also after 3 weeks. Despite being a private patient and spending £500 already my toothache is not sorted. Planning on moving.
Dr Elfadil is a wonderful dentist. I had a bad experience with a dentist a few years ago which put me off attending further check ups . However I had no choice so booked in and was introduced to Dr Elfadil who acknowledged my anxiety and managed this well. Today I had a tooth extraction and Dr Elfadil removed the tooth with speed and precision. I now feel much less anxious of attending the dentist 😬
As an NHS-registered patient, I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. Despite paying for each visit, I found their approach to treatment to be inadequate. Every time I visited, whether for sensitivity or pain, their only solution was to remove the tooth, as it seemed to be the easiest option for them. Their job should be focused on saving teeth, not just removing them. The manager explained that the NHS funding they receive is insufficient to support other treatments. However, they did mention that they could offer tooth-saving treatments if I opted to go private. This disparity in the level of care between NHS and private patients is unacceptable.
I have been using this practice for the last 5 years for me and my children. Each time we have had amazing service from all staff. The service is exemplary, and would recommend to others.
