This has all given me the confidence to keep coming back and challenging myself. I feel stronger mentally and physically and it has genuinely had such a positive influence on all aspects of my life. I'm a happier person for it. Even when I lost my way and picked up an injury, Sean's knowledge and care helped me get back on track when I could have easily fallen into old habits. I retired recently and decided to join Sean Salingers gym. Great decision - Sean’s sessions are spot on. The early morning sessions get me up and set me up perfectly for the rest of the day.
