My new favourite place for professional massage, I had acute stiffness in my neck shoulders and middle back from working too much, it was giving me bad headaches, the staff here fave the best massage this side of Manchester and got rid of all the tension, I left there feeling much better. The staff are very friendly and experienced and were very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable, the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing and warm. I don't see how anyone could give this place a bad review, I will be returning more frequently, definitely worth 5 stars!!
Looks good from the outside. I booked a 30 min massage for £30. I walked in to find the lady at the desk SMOKING A CIGARETTE. VERY unprofessional and bad first impression. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. The lady who massaged me stated she cannot speak English. Therefore communication was poor between us and I was trying to ask her to go softer in some areas as I was experiencing some pain from the level of pressure applied. I didn’t enjoy my experience and feel as though it was a waste of my money. I have tried a few places in Altrincham and this is bottom of the list.
Very good and friendly, good professional massage therapist! New faces and happy faces…the massage is to a very high standard!! Been coming years to this shop and will continue to come for many more years Also the prices are prices which are very reasonable.
Very disappointed , the masseuse didn't have a clue how to give a massage. I requested a deep tissue but no effort at all. She was too busy trying to convince me of a happy ending and when I said no, I didn't feel welcomed. No one understood what I wanted as their English isn't very good. I will stick to Treatwell with verified establishments, this place was just a joke
Awful massage. The manager (she may be the owner) sat outside the room chatting really loud all the way through the massage, the lady herself left her phone on which she left to ring out loud in the middle of the massage, felt like I'd gone to some cheap back-street ally for a cheap massage. Came out with an aching neck, this isn't a professional massage parlour, stay away
