We recently used Rupert Wood for our home purchase, and overall, we were very happy with the service. The team worked efficiently, providing a quick turnaround and regular updates, which helped keep the process moving. There was a bit of confusion over the required documents, and at times, it wasn’t always clear what the next steps were. Some information seemed to get lost between the solicitor handling our case, the front office, and us. I think the added pressure of everyone trying to exchange before the stamp duty tax increase played a role, and I understand that not everything always goes to plan. Despite these minor issues, the professionalism and dedication of the team stood out, and we would happily use their services again in the future.
