Had a full body deep tissue massage yesterday and I cannot express how amazing it was . It was my first time and I cannot wait to be back . I have been suffering from a lot of back pain due to recently giving birth , when I told Jane I wanted a back massage because this is where hurts the most , she recommended I receive a full body one as certain pressure points in other parts of the body could help with the pain. I’m so glad she recommended this because I feel so much better and it was just what I needed . Not only it relaxed me but it got rid of all the tension and the knots . Jane was super friendly , professional and always made sure that the pressure was to my liking . Towards the end she used Herbal compression , the warm compression was so relaxing and then at the end Thai yoga to crack my body and it was out of this world . Super recommend this specially if you’ve had children and suffer from back discomfort.
