Never heard of this place before but I would certainly come again. Came here after our marriage ceremony. The receptionist, Alexia, was a star. Not only did she upgrade our checkout time but she waived the hotel tax as I live down the road. We booked the liberty suite but it looked nothing like the photos but I didn't care as I was exhausted and the room was generally good. I loved the double power showers and double sinks and the mini kitchenette. The only negative thing about the rooms is there aren't any power sockets near the bed and the windows don't open. Apart from that, free coffee machine and croissants for breakfast, pet friendly and great location. FYI, its not 100% disabled friendly but manageable if you have assistance (pull doors, step before getting to bed etc).
Lovely studio, very spacious and warm, it was a great stay ! Great location, friendly staff, and comfy bed. (It was kind of akward though as the bathroom door was see through, to pee or take a shower with my friend in the room)
Randomly booked this place for 1 night, wish I would have booked here for the whole stay. Location is central and parking nearby, the suite we were upgraded to was just want you want, spacious, small kitchen with everything you need and the bathroom was lovely with 2 showers. Last but not least, Dania at reception was friendly and made us feel comfortable, wish more hotel receptionist were like her! Thanks for bagging my charger and pj's. We will book again thanks to you
Great apartment for a low affordable cost for central Manchester! Staff were friendly. They have a little tuck shop in reception for snacks and drinks. Coffee and water machine in reception too. Bit noisy at night as you are nearly opposite Fab Cafe Bar. Other than that, highly recommend.
I spent a few days at roomzzz this week and it was absolutely amazing! The room I was in was very spacious, well lit and benefitted from sky view windows (I was on the 5th floor). Surprised to also find loads of essentials: dish washer, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, pots, pans, plates and cutleries! Lol. Was impressed. There were also croissants served in the morning. All freshly baked and hot(one of the best I’ve tasted). They had a 24/7 coffee machine which literally served everything - tea, coffee, chocolate and chocolatte😂. The customer service was excellent as well! Jadaa was amazing. I had to leave very early and she made sure I got croissants to go! I absolutely recommend. The only downside was on the days I was there, the lift was out of order and was wondering what that meant for access concerns. There was a staff lift however which staff were happy to allow customers use where needed.
