Service at check-in was great, and the coffee in the reception, which is free, was great. The location was very good, right next to where we wanted to be. We paid for the loft room, which, per their website, is the best they have. It was tired, cracks in the tiles in the bathroom, chipped sink and paint in places that there shouldn't be (on the headboard!). The bed was very hard, and the pillows were lumpy. The main TV remote didn't work, and the room was very warm despite the air con being on and having a fan (which did very little) pointed at the bed. We came a few years ago and it was very good. A shame things have declined.
The hotel receptionist, Rajaa was an amazing host! She helped me check in and gave great advice on things to do in Manchester. She is very welcoming & enjoys her work! Neat, spacious room which are quipped with all necessities. The location of the Roomzzz is very good too as there are a lot of attractions & restaurants near by. Highly recommend it. Great value for money!
I stayed during the day in this aparthotel, which I really appreciated for the following reasons: the high-quality design of the rooms down to the finest details, impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, a central location in Manchester, and a very reasonable price. The only downside was that the heating was quite weak, making the room temperature relatively low.
Only stayed for one night but wish it was longer. We had the best service from the reception team who upgraded our room upon arrival and allowed us to check out at 12pm - amazing! The apartment was unreal, so beautiful with everything you could need. The extra thick windows meant we heard nothing from the street outside and had a great sleep, also didn’t hear any of the other guests coming or going! Highly recommend booking to stay here when visiting Manchester.
- Beds are not comfortable at all. - Rooms are extremely spacious however no door to bathroom. - Free croissant and coffee every morning which provides a pleasant start to the day. - Staff checked us in early and were helpful. - Great walking distance to food and shops.
