Lost my pair of glasses, Needed urgent replacement and up-to-date eye test… Vision Express - my usual longstanding optician - were unable to fit me in urgently and stated turnaround time for new glassses is minimum 2 weeks! (I cannot wear contact lenses) so I booked in with Rochdale opticians. On the day appointment, eye test, helped me pick out a pair of glasses, urgent order placed and received 2 pairs of glasses within a few days! *such a difference the independent business makes; direct calls to supplier and personal touch!* I don’t think I’ll ever use a big optician again! Thank you very much guys, excellent service! Oh and the eye test was free!
