Susan is not just a hard working member but is able to adapt and understand her customers, I come to this store more easily and feeling at ease with my child that has special needs, she quick,understands a customers needs and always trys to help with appointments ,answers all questions and makes you feel welcome, I personally do think she represents more that a working staff member, I have nothing bad to say about anyone els but with a child with special needs it slightly different when your a paying customer visiting places, she has the ability to adapt ,I do really hope some one from head office read this and gives her the credit she deserves and can transfer some of her staff members with the excellent customer service ...
