Every single staff member I spoke to was lovely, even the ones who weren't tasked with helping me directly were polite and greeted me immediately. Booking the appointment was a breeze and all my concerns were heard, recorded and I was advised accordingly with complete transparency. There was no hassle around pricing, choosing frames, the appointment itself — absolutely everything was explained, talked through and my wishes were put at the forefront. I couldn't be happier with the experience and am pleased to say I've been going to this opticians since I was a child, and I'm glad I never changed it.
The staff at Robert glasses was so lovey, especially Susan who kindly helped me picked out my glasses and showed me all the lenses options.
Have visited twice. Marvellous service. All staff extremely polite and helpful but Susan in particular gave outstanding service and was extremely friendly and helpful. What was even more amazing was that she remembered me when I visited the second time and even recalled instantly some comments I’d made about what was going on in my life! I really recommend attending the Robert Glass Optician in Longsight. People are extremely friendly and kind and will answer all your doubts and questions. They also find ways to help you with your needs. Sam and Sue made me feel extremely comfortable from my entrance to the building.
