Really nice quirky hotel. Fab location for where I needed and a good price. Really disappointed with the standards inside the room. Incredibly dirty and dusty. Bring slippers as my feet were covered! I also had old chips/fries from a previous occupant along with a a tonne of dirt, bits of plastic and dust next to my bed and under the bedside table. A lot of dirt and dust by the dressing table also. The toilet was a bit too close to the sink table and there was a really sharp corner with loose strips coming off and I caught myself a few times whilst going to the toilet. Good strong shower with options on what shower head you use. Most hotels allow you to open your window (albeit a small amount) but mine was locked so couldn't get fresh air in. No instruction on how to alter the air con or warm the room. Soft duvet and pillows but the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Overall probably will stay again if the location and price suits but it wouldn't be my first choice

On arrival, I walked into a very vibrant, warm reception. There are self check in kiosks which all appeared in good working order. Check in was simple and I was greeted by a host to make sure I was able to use the kiosks. He was a nice chap. The decor is very modern and 'artsy' but pleasant enough. The lifts were quick and clean, protected by card access. The room itself is industrial with exposed concrete ceiling and the bed/shower uniy is a pod that sits inside the room. There is a desk, but no sofa and the TV is mounted on the wall at the bottom of the bed. The mattress is so hard, and not very comfortable. The linen is clean and fresh. The room has air conditioning. I experienced a loud banging noise which sounded water related, about 2am, from the top of the bed/shower pod. I would try again but my first experience wasn't great The location and price is brilliant which is why I would give it another go

Very disappointed. You get nearly zero service and you need to request it to get it. Claims to be helping the environment but feels like a cost cutting exercise. Noise from the bathroom is bad due to flimsy build, you can also hear when other rooms flush. The refreshment area has limited options and often not well kept. The location is fantastic, communal areas and the shower are the main positives. Think they need to take some notes from the Porto Yotel which was excellent across the board. This Yotel was expensive, rooms are cramped and noise is an issue.

YOTEL Manchester One of the most frustrating issues was the constant noise Location The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to the city, which is great for those looking to explore. However, the atmosphere is not ideal for guests who prioritize quiet or relaxation, as there can be noise from the surrounding areas. Room: The room was spotless, but it was surprisingly small for the price (£300 for two nights). For that cost, I expected a bit more space and amenities. There was no complimentary bottled water, which was a minor inconvenience. Noise One of the most frustrating issues was the constant noise from flushing toilets in neighboring rooms. It was incredibly disruptive, and unfortunately, it significantly detracted from the overall experience. **Gym:** The gym requires prior booking, which was not ideal. Additionally, there are no fitness classes available, limiting its appeal for those looking to work out in a more structured setting. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was underwhelming. For £12, I expected more variety and quality. The offerings were decent, but you could easily find better options nearby for the same price. The coffee was a major disappointment and if u need better coffee from the bar the double espresso Is for £4.50 ad that to 12 pound of breakfast that’s a total of nearly 20 pound u can get better breakfast out side for 10 pound **Overall:** While the cleanliness and location are positives, the noise issues, lack of amenities, and limited breakfast quality make it hard to justify the price. For a similar price, I’d expect a more comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nice & modern hotel, the bed was nice and comfy. The rainfall shower was heaven. Smart TV was a bonus. The only downside for me was the lightning set-up, the switches to control the lights are rather confusing.
