So my review is based on the cleanliness. Equipment is good same as other pure gyms and for a smaller sized puregym it's spaced out pretty well. But the changing rooms are vile.. bottles of water everywhere, tissues on the floor, general rubbish lying around, make up all over mirrors, showers filthy. I went Monday to Friday last week during school holidays and the same foundation mark on the mirror and dirt/rubbish in one shower cubicle was there each day so not being cleaned. I get it's the scruffy gits who are using the gym but surely it should have a cleaner
I want to cancel my gym membership and it ain’t letting me do it online and now is trying to take out £17 from my account. I only wanted to try the gym out for 1 month and it auto renewed. If the gym owner could help I would be really grateful with that
Been very good going to this gym 3 months in 3-4 times a week. Found that mornings are quieter before 9am. Which is a bonus just go in and do as you please. 24/7 access is a brilliant feature and for the price. Very happy overall. 😊
this place is great value for money although there are some flaws that are quite noticble once you get close with the gym. i am a regular gym goer and have noticed these. the posisitives are the large car park so you dont have to worry about parking and the places close are great for example the home bargains and the park right across the gym. the equipment is high quality and not cheap feeling. but the gym looks so big from the outside compared to the inside. the roof is too close to your head. barely any walking space due to the arrangement of the gym. the upstairs favours the woman side way too much. the downstairs gender neutral side is no were as big as the upstairs. but if you are looking for a womans only gym this is a good place.
The gym is very good, the problem is when you are in the locker room and men come in without even knocking to clean or look at the weighing machine. Today I was on the toilet and suddenly I go out and there is a man changing the paper right next to me who came in without warning and if that is not the case they are men walking around the women-only area when there are girls who for religious reasons cannot be without a handkerchief in front of them, this is not my case but it seems disrespectful to me. They should hire a cleaning woman for the women's bathroom and send the men to the men's bathroom because I don't think it is correct for women to enter while men are showering or while women are showering they knock twice and then simply enter. Once a man came in while a girl was coming out of the showers and still listening the showers he entered after knocking twice.
