Andy has been an excellent coach in our 1-2-1 PT sessions, both in person in the gym in Manchester and in online sessions. I'd never even heard of a kettlebell before working with Andy, and had certainly never lifted weights in the gym, but I now have the confidence to practice good form and keep my fitness up to supplement our sessions. Without any guidance for 9 months following a full ankle replacement I was struggling to walk. On my first visit to see Andy he assessed the ankle and identified the problems.
