Mike was extremely professional when we got in contact for a quote. We provided our idea to him and him and his team made it come to life. We were given a project manager Ray who was very polite and easily contactable nothing was ever too much. The 2 guys who worked on the garden were a pleasure very polite and got on with the job working very hard every day. They also had a very keen eye for detail and if something wasn’t quite right they stopped and started it again to get it right rather then hiding it or saying that will do. Absolutely fantastic workmanship from them. We had an issue with a neighbour who was not happy with what we were having done however Ray pointed out the legalities in what we can and can’t have done to put our minds at rest. From start to finish everyone who dealt with us was polite and nothing was ever too much. The finished garden is absolutely wonderful and everyone who has seen it has commented on how well everything looks done. The price was very reasonable and was the same as many other companies we approached. Would highly recommend Prime for your landscaping needs.
Absolutely very happy with the service,they did a clean clean job ,they really went above and beyond offering tips and designing our garden. Highly recommend prime landscape. Excellent communication from start to finish with our project manager Peter. The 2 people who laid our patio were real grafters with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money had a few quotations but went with prime going off other reviews and was not disappointed.
Got quotes from a few companies but Prime Landscape & Design gave me the best price. I decided to go with this company and they didn’t disappoint me. Mike was very friendly and really care about what we want . We were given Ray as a project manager who was very polite, professional and helpful. Both of them always available to help whenever I text them , also the team that worked in my garden, they work so so hard , clean and very professional . However the most important thing is the work was done perfectly, every detail from big to small they have done it more than what I expected , I can’t have any complaints .
